Club Hotel Turan Prince World

This is our 2nd year coming to club hotel turan prince world and we will be back next year, we love this hotel, it has so much going on for adults and children, the pools and slides are the best ive seen, my 7 year old daughter loves the kids club here, she is quite shy but she opened up very quickly with the staff there especially soukaina, she was so lovely and attentive with my daughter and was genuinely so happy to see her when she went back into kids club, they even took the kids to the beach 1 day to make sand castles! Cant wait to return here next year! ♡

Dissappointing from the day of arrival. Bad parts - Duplex family room booked, found out on arrival that downstairs bathroom had been blocked off and the upstairs double bed had been replaced by a sofa bed ! Managed to get room changed after a small battle. cleaning of the room was hit and miss and the towels often not replaced so had to keep calling to get clean towels, Aircon was not working so room was boiling hot all the time. Work was carried out in room ( fair enough) mess left behind from builders was everywhere ! Dinner times just a nightmare, no tables, staff overwhelmed not being able to clear the tables quick enough for people to sit down. You have to pay for the a la carte resturants but well worth it not to have the dinner battle 10 euros a head. Swim nappies are not enforced for the pool area's so plenty of "code brown" and the water park being closed. If you loose your room key - you will be charged, loose your wrist band- you will be charged. Good parts - Grounds are very well maintained, grass cut or strimmed nearly every other day - warning to hayfever suffer's take your antihistamines tablets ! evening entertainment was good and lots of effort went into it. After all the good reviews we had high hopes for this hotel - we will not be returning

Lovely hotel with a relaxed atmosphere, lots of amenities and things to do, clean, but could do with under furniture getting more attention. Has various pools and slides and a clean private beach with beds. Food was plentiful with something for everyone. Staff were lovely and helpful. There’s not much around except a few shops, but there’s plenty of places to visit in surrounding areas. Slept well, couldn’t hear noise from inside our rooms at all even though it was busy. Negatives were people smoking and no areas were really off limits outside, as the signs were ignored and no one said anything. Beware though!! On the last night - which we’d obviously paid for, at 12.10am the power went off, which apparently they do as it’s the last night (even though checkout is 12 noon!)…not ideal when we’re charging phones etc for the long journey home, no lights to use the toilet, no aircon, so I had to walk through the complex at night to get my card rescanned to return the power!! Absolutely ridiculous.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The property was spotlessly clean throughout, and the entertainment was genuinely outstanding — easily among the best we’ve experienced. A huge highlight was Vera from Guest Relations, who was absolutely fantastic. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and her friendly, helpful attitude really stood out. The only disappointment was the cabana service, which fell well short of expectations for a place of this standard. Everything else more than made up for it though. Highly recommended!
