Hotel is very limited in its amenities. Food is particularly sparse in its variety. Staff are OK, very poor English. You can use the facilities in the neighbouring Sun Heaven Family, except the restaurant, which is a shame as it looked so much nicer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Overall, if you're booking an all inclusive to enjoy your meals, don't come here.

I recommend this place, great waiters and good food. I'll definitely be back with a larger group and better prepared for the trip. The beach is close and well-equipped, and they have ice cream and beer, which are a great way to cool off in these temperatures.

The Sun Heaven Queen Hotel was chosen at random (holidays from September 21 to October 3, 2025), saw the Reels on Instagram and decided to choose it. The hotel was completely renovated in May 2025 (which is what attracted us). The hotel is nice. Everything new and fresh. Sure, there's a lot to pick on, but it's pretty much trivial everywhere. Pros. The hotel has its own swimming pool (160 cm) with a bar, from 10:30 drinks (beer, coffee, water) and light snacks (salads, vegetables, pizza). Restaurant with a good selection of dishes. I'm an awful bitch myself, but even here there was always something to choose. The restaurant itself is small, but in two weeks there's never been one where there's nowhere to sit. All animation takes place on the premises of the nearby 5* (Sun Heaven Family). In the evening, the children's animation is about 40 minutes or more. Then it's for adults. And the masquerade party and the foam party (albeit during the day and once on the beach) and the gymnasts and the Miss and Mr. Hotel pageants. Animators work in A+ (which is rare). The bar and snack bar (vegetables, burgers, pizza, fries) are also open from 11 to 16 on the territory of 5*. Entry to the beach is via a 5* underpass. The beach has a bar (coffee, water, beer). They give ice cream from 14 to 16. Complimentary towels can be taken in the 5* area in the hammam. Every three for them can be changed, but the clean ones only give from 9am the next morning. On the beach at 10:30 stretch, boccia game, darts. On the grounds of 5* you can use the swimming pool (there are two, each 140 cm), and the bar. From the downside. They clean up so bad. The floors were cleaned probably once in two weeks. I didn't understand about replacing the linen at all or not. I think it was changed once. No surfaces are wiped, if there are traces of glasses, then this will be the case throughout your stay. The ashtray on the balcony was washed first. Then they stopped. The towels were changed a couple times. Rooms on floor 18. We had 501. Part sea view, part semi-derelict hotel. It is better to take the middle, as the rooms that 18-17 are completely sea view, but also to the track, which is a continuous traffic and is run by ambulance with flashers 100 times a day. Rooms on the ground floor are best discarded immediately (if possible). Wi-FI on the premises is paid everywhere, not even in the lobby is free. $2 per night. Only works at the hotel and pool. Nowhere else. And the price of just one device, you can't give away. The beach is sandy, but there are rocks. In the sea, too, the call is pebbly and then boulders meet. The fewest boulders are exactly in the middle of the beach area. I've always been vehemently opposed to coral slippers (because they're scary), but this year I had to buy, without them it's hard. There are a lot of deckchairs, but if you come around 10am (some say late, but I'm on VACATION, I don't want to get up unnecessarily before 8am. But here you decide whether to lay down or lie in the sand, if you want to be by the sea, not by the pool), then there will be no free sunbeds, by the word at all. All you will be offered is sand. Since I'm not a fan of lying in the sand, I had to set my alarm for 7:50 and go to the beach before breakfast to take up the sunbeds. And so, the middle of the beach is already all occupied by now. But at 12:00-12:30, people start dumping for lunch without a refund and you can safely stay on sunbeds. There is a bus stop across the street (bus number 50) to the centre of Alanya. Directions $2. Drive for 15 to 20 minutes. It goes once every 10 minutes. The centre of Conakla can be reached on foot in 15 minutes. Migros, cafes, money changers and a bunch of stuff.

The only downside, the designer decided to make a bathroom practically in the room)))) the only thing that separates , is the glass partition, which does not even reach the ceiling, the fitting principle(in the photo you can see). This can create considerable discomfort for those who are not married for 5-10 years🤣 Cleaning was every day and replacing towels, bed once every 3 days. They gave free beach towels. RESTAURANT: great food, choice is not great, but always everything is delicious and fresh, hot, not like in 5K, there is a big flow and the food is often already cold. Good wine, coffee, tea) There were always different meats, fish, vegetables, fruits SERVICE: All hotel staff are just good, especially you want to single out restaurant staff, bars, cleaners. Everyone's very friendly and doing a great job. BEACH: nice, equipped beach, there is a bar with free drinks and gezleme tortillas, from 14 to 16 give free ice cream! Going into the sea is not very good at the beginning, many stones are sharp, so you can get hurt, which I did on the 1st day)) so only in corals go in. The sea itself is chic , warm and clean) ANIMATION: Every day in the amphitheatre in 5K there is an evening show, before it is a children's show, and during the day there is entertainment for holidaymakers) will not be bored. Near the hotel there is a pharmacy, shops and excursions, very obsessively sells his excursions Alexander and there is nothing special in them, painted them colorfully, in fact- even time was cut by 2 hours((( and outside the pharmacy there are calmer guys., do not impose anything and the office is nice) At the guide in the hotel will be twice as expensive. You can get to the centre of Alanya yourself and walk, go to Cleopatra beach, take a funicular to the fortress) and save a decent amount!
