This is a terrible hotel. My wife sat on my lap, and a receptionist came over and started threatening her. It’s outrageous. There were no children around, and it was just a hug. We were threatened with eviction from the hotel. Everyone else around us was drinking alcohol, and that wasn't an issue. The hotel staff are a complete disaster.

Hotel is very limited in its amenities. Food is particularly sparse in its variety. Staff are OK, very poor English. You can use the facilities in the neighbouring Sun Heaven Family, except the restaurant, which is a shame as it looked so much nicer. Rooms are clean, beds comfortable. Overall, if you're booking an all inclusive to enjoy your meals, don't come here.

I recommend this place, great waiters and good food. I'll definitely be back with a larger group and better prepared for the trip. The beach is close and well-equipped, and they have ice cream and beer, which are a great way to cool off in these temperatures.

Tam też są całkiem okej drinki i dobre napoje bezalkoholowe. Jest też snack bar gdzie są podawane pizza, frytki, onion rings i burgery całkiem dobre. Na minus animacje niby były ale słabe. W hotelu sun heaven queen jedzenie takie sobie chociaż można zjeść i nie chodziliśmy głodni tym bardziej że był dostępny jeszcze ten snack bar w hotelu obok. Jak za tą cenę to naprawdę jest nieźle i nie ma na co narzekać. Plaża mega słaba- kamienista ale dobrze chociaż raz pójść.

We stayed at this hotel from August 31 to September 10, 2026. We were there last September as well. Let's go again despite the huge number of very negative reviews. Yes, there was something to complain about last year, especially regarding cleaning and partly food. The bad reviews did their job, there are no more complaints about the cleaning, nor about the restaurant. Wi-Fi is paid, $2€ per day. Works only on the hotel premises. There is no beach. Therefore, I strongly advise you to get an eSIM in advance before your trip. It will be cheaper than in the hotel and the connection will be everywhere. Whether on the beach or in the city. Ask for the number somewhere in the middle. We had a 414 with a gorgeous view of the sea and the neighboring fifth floor, which can also be used (except the restaurant). Don't take the very first numbers. Firstly, this is the very end of the long corridor, and secondly, next to it is the staff room, where the people start rattling their carts as early as 6 in the morning. The food has become much better than last year. Fish every day, chicken in all interpretations, several types of side dishes, vegetables, greens. They made many different fruits this year. In the past there were 1-2 and that's it. The refrigerator in the room is full of water. They replenish it. The beach is across the street via the underpass. There are many beds, but it's better to come earlier. The 12 beds are emptying. Since the hotels are family-friendly, all families with children leave at this time. The beach needs "coralks," the entry into the sea is from large gravel, and there are large stones in the water. There is a bar on the beach. Beer, wine, and other non-alcoholic beverages. This year the snacks were made on the beach. No need to go to the 5-star snack now. Very convenient. Ice cream is given on the beach during the day and in the evening. Type 6, probably. Last year was much more modest. There are animators. Very fun guys. You can do yoga, play bocce, volleyball, darts. There are also daytime activities at the 5* pool. Across the street from the hotel, under the pedestrian bridge, you can take bus number 50 to the center of Kanakly (3 stops) for $1.5 per person or to the center of Alanya for $2, taking 20-25 minutes. To the left of the hotel is an alley with various shops, a barbershop, and a pharmacy. 20 minutes walk to the center of Kanakla. There are lots of bars, restaurants, and there is Migros. I think it's a very worthy 4-star, but if I couldn't use the neighboring 5-star Sun Heaven Family, there would just be nothing to do. There are no entertainments there. There is no territory. Would I go there a third time? I don't know, we'll see. But I definitely recommend this hotel.
