The good ~~~~~~~~~ Check in reception and Aylin guest relations fantastic as always 👍 Rooms are ok 👍 Restaurant food and service is 6 stars, mehmet Ali is a great man👍 Only 1 bar open mostly vista which is so nice, neyzan bar doesn’t look like it’s open and c lounge only open when it feels like it🤷‍♂️ Service staff are very professional and you can always have a laugh with them ( management you can’t ) The bad ~~~~~~~~ Entertainment! Who wants an acoustic night twice a week and a pianist 😴 Management response is winter concept ( yes of course ) Arda and Umut are nice guys but haven’t a chance under their manager emre! Al carts nice food but again unorganised and overbooked Ayne! The poor cats in the hotel seem sad with no females about and some with slime and foam coming from their mouths ( management did nothing only talked ) Conclusion ~~~~~~~~~~~ An excellent hotel with the best staff but the worst entertainment anywhere! We will probably cancel our reservation for next month and forever until we receive positive feedback!

We had a wonderful holiday at the Concorde Deluxe. The staff were welcoming and friendly. The “2 to 4pm” restaurants were a great alternative to the buffet, we ate there most days. The pastry bar, coffee shop, and main bar open throughout the day were also lovely. The hotel was very clean, the rooms were well stocked, and the gardens were beautifully maintained. It was especially nice to have a private beach that we could reach simply by walking through the garden. The indoor pool and steam room were also great. Do note that at this time of year (Feb) the large outdoor pool, water slides, some outdoor bars and activities were closed. The only downside was the WiFi, while it was strong everywhere else including the beach, it was very poor in our bedroom, we had to move around the room to get better signals. And it would also be helpful if the hotel specified what meats are used in certain dishes eg sausages etc. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and felt well pampered.

1st class ultra all inclusive hotel with great food and drink of all varieties. I'm unsure why it's advertised as 1 of 2 hotels in Kemeragi as it's on a busy main road alongside other big swanky hotels. Once inside it's built right on Lara Beach with direct access. Absolutely beautiful and the staff are a credit to the hotel. Couldn't fault it.

My stay at the hotel was fantastic . Staff were exceptionally friendly and the hotel itself self had everything and more. The food was superb.

The hotel is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the stunning sandy beaches of Lara. The hotel is clean and welcoming all the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is is excellent and varied. The A La Carte was superb all prepared to the highest standards. The shows were varied and first rate and for a winter holiday was among my favourites.
