Concorde de Luxe Resort

Having visited the Belek area previously for golf trips, this time we were looking for a high quality relaxing holiday in the autumn and selected the Concorde De Luxe Resort based on its location and great facilities and were not disappointed at all, it was simply excellent in every way. Great location within 30 minutes transfer from the airport but away from the Antalya flight path, on the beach with a 500m walk between the hotel exit and their pier bar through lovely maintained gardens. Rooms all well maintained and spacious, ours was a standard room with a sea view (most do but not all) had a queens size bed and a single bed in it with a large spacious bathroom and ample storage space for 8 days clothes. Food was great across the resort with theme nights in the main buffet restaurant, Turkish, Italian, Indian, etc but almost everything was available most nights, all freshly prepared. My wife is Gluten free and every dish has a small label/board confirming what it is in many languages as well as any allergies present. This worked really well for us and in the A La Carte restaurants (Italian one anyway) they took great care in catering options for her dietary requirements. All the pool and other facilities are excellent and I could go on but it was all 5 star service and quality making you really feel special.

Where do I even start! We spent months choosing a hotel to suit our family for our first ever holiday to Turkey early October. The group consisted of six adults and two toddlers. The trip was a special occasion, as it was my partner's 40th birthday celebration. From arrival around 9pm, we were warmly greeted by reception who were very informative and met all of our needs. We were hungry and the buffet restaurant had closed but it was no trouble at all for them as they took us to the restaurant and brought out a plate each for us. We then went to our rooms, which were decorated with balloons and a towel display on the beds. Our suitcases arrived to our room shortly afterwards. We had booked the Italian a la carté and also Asiana for the first two nights. The hotel kindly arranged for these to be gifted, which they would have been a supplement charge. They also provided the tastiest cream cake, once again free of charge. During our stay, we visited the outdoor buffet for lunch, the fruit shack, the main buffet restaurant (attended a couple of evenings only and had themed nights). We also went to the Bbq restaurant in the evening and also during the day. This restaurant is located at the beach. All restaurants were well accommodating to dietary needs. There was a bit of a wait for a family member for their vegetarian meal at the bbq restaurant one evening. All food was to a high standard. My favourites were Asiana and Italian, both were outstanding. The buffet had vegan area, vegetarian and were accurate with their themed nights. The swimming pools differed with a main family pool that had daily activities, a children's/children area with water slides, a toddler paddling pool with amazing cover from the sun, a relaxing over 16's pool (surcharge) and a secret pool. No fighting over sun loungers! They have a rule in place where your towels are removed if you are away longer than two hours. Onsite, there are numerous shops such as a jellewery shop, small convenience shop and clothes shop. There is also a bag shop and sunglasses shop at the lobby. The coffee shop and patisserie shops within the lobby were AMAZING. All free and we certainly filled our boots! Upstairs is a small amusements/bowling alley. There is also an onsite club and drinks lounge. There is so much more than we explored we just didn't get a chance to see everything. I was a bit worried about the number of cats I have heard about in Turkey that are strays (I have allergies). No need to worry, they weren't pestering anyone and were so well looked after by the hotel. They have a dedicated Cat House onsite where a vet will visit and vaccinate them. The entertainment was amazing. We enjoyed an Oktoberfest event in the football pitch that was filled with activities and constant buzzing atmosphere. We also attended shoes at the main stage such as Michael Jackson tribute (ridiculously good), Alice in Wonderland and kids entertainment shows. The spa was a must visit. We had a group deal and all had a massage, which was perfect and relaxing. They have a tranquility area, which was beautiful and had a sauna as well. The kids club had alot of activities for the kids and securely gated. Perfect shade provided in the playground area and the paddling pool. Most importantly, the service was consistently impeccable. Not one staff member was rude to us. All were helpful and attentive, especially towards two children who at times had their unsettled moments. I wish I took more names, as alot of staff deserve the recognition, but the cleaners who greeted us each morning, the restaurant staff (particularly Memekdede) made it extra special. Gülendam in guest relations was a wonderful asset to our stay, going over and above organising our travel outside hotel, Al la carté reservations, available on WhatsApp at any time we needed AND getting us a late checkout for our children. She was also very informative and helped us find a good shopping centre to visit. Once again, thank you all so much for such an incredible stay. We wish we had booked for longer than 7 nights!

Visited for 5 nights. As a Canadian, I stayed at many Caribbean all-inclusives. Overall a solid resort, but overpriced and doesn't live up to the “Deluxe” label. The good: Our family room had separate bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom, which is excellent for two adult brothers and their elderly mom. Rooms and grounds are clean and well maintained, and so are the washrooms everywhere, including at the beach. Very good gym with working equipment (overlooked at many resorts!) The beach has good sand, enough sunbeds, and none of the annoying vendors you get in the Caribbean. Housekeeping is excellent: fresh slippers daily and complimentary razors and shaving cream. Food is varied and good, with options for every diet. The Oktoberfest night was a highlight even for someone who skips entertainment. Special mention to Zehra at dinner. She clearly worked hard on her English and stood well above the rest of the floor staff who mostly gets by just knowing a word or two. The bad: Booking directly was not worth the effort. I emailed asking whether they’d beat Booking.com’s rate and got no reply. A WhatsApp account then contacted me about my abandoned cart on their site, and after I re-stated my question it ghosted me. When I called, the agent asked which country I was from (why does it matter?), then quoted a higher price than their own website. When I pointed that out, he said that’s what his system showed. We booked through Booking.com. Location. A mosque across the road, so unless you're practicing, be prepare for a 5 am call to prayer. Uber doesn’t pick up here, local taxis control the area, so bring cash. Dining room. Since a-la carte restaurants apparently aren't included in Europe, they sit mostly empty and everyone lines up at the buffet. The head waiter seated us two nights running. On the second night we returned from the buffet to find our things moved to another table so he could seat “a friend.” Well, I guess we weren't his friends... Service. Service is generally a step behind. At Cafe Mundo, staff make your coffee and then lose track of who ordered it. One waiter spilled water across our table, apologized, and left the puddle there. Bars. The bars are poorly stocked. Angostura bitters were out for all 5 nights, and the beach bar had no Baileys or Campari. I have one drink a night at most, and I still noticed. At Deluxe pricing, the service will leave you disappointed.
