Concorde de Luxe Resort

We recently spent 5 nights at this resort with our family, and it was an overall fantastic experience. The food was truly exceptional, offering a great variety and consistently high quality. The swimming pools, café areas, and facilities were all excellent, and the service across the resort was very good. What made our stay stand out, however, was the outstanding support from Noel in customer service. Her professionalism and attention to detail were absolutely 5-star. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and enjoyable,handling restaurant bookings, recommending the best shopping spots, assisting with car hire, and carefully planning our schedule so we could experience every part of the resort without any hassle. Her warm approach and efficiency made a real difference to our holiday. We also appreciated the efforts of the kitchen staff, especially Ahmet, and Hassan Gockce from valet service, who was very helpful in guiding us on visiting Antalya city centre, including parking and key attractions. The housekeeping team also maintained our room to a very high standard throughout our stay. Overall, thanks to the exceptional service, especially from Noel—we had a truly memorable holiday. I would definitely recommend this resort and look forward to returning in the future.

We enjoyed staying at Concord deluxe hotel. We had enjoyed all the services that they provided from the date we arrived and the day we departed. Specially in the evening Disco in Lobby Bar area The lady called Selin guided us for each dance for which me and wife enjoyed dancing. We would recommend to bring in more girls like selin to make the guests to come again. Well done all the team at the Concord deluxe hotel 🫶🫶

This is our first time in Turkey . We love the place and the hotel we stayed the hotel above the hospitality very good . We love all the staff they all very well look after us . The lady called Selin so nice and really loved to come back .

I was super excited about this trip as I read lots of positive reviews. Mine is an honest recap of our holiday. We have booked Junior Delux Suite. It wasn't deluxe in any shape of form. Hand held shower didn't work in one room and we had room overlooking the main road and rubbish dump on the other side. It was also noisy. We were moved later to another room overlooking the sea on the very end and we never had sun on our balcony. Most of the bars and snack places were closed outside and there was time there was nowhere to get food for kids. They didn't have chicken nuggets either and not a great choice for kids or adult. Food wasn't great either, prawns were too hard, big lines for food and when you get to the front the food was gone. Swimming pool inside was really cold so was the heated pool outside. The private beach was in a real state. The walk ways had peeling paint and there were pieces of wood on the side with nails sticking out.

We also had a great experience with the lovely kitchen staff, especially Ahmet, who was always friendly and attentive. Hassan Gockce, the valet, provided exceptional service—he gave us helpful guidance for visiting Antalya city center, including parking tips and must-see attractions. The room cleaning staff also did a fantastic job, ensuring everything was spotless and comfortable throughout our stay. Overall, I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and well-organized holiday with excellent service and amenities.
