Staff all very helpful especially sevim in n Luna bar

Excellent service , great food , very clean , superb location. From the moment we arrived we felt comfortable . The check-in process was smooth and efficient .Our room was spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay — a well stocked mini fridge and coffee station.Housekeeping and all staff around the hotel including the waiters were helpful & friendly .

Read before booking here A real review: We stayed in March this year and firstly I would say the day to day staff are lovely and extremely helpful, the hotels failures are absolutely not theirs. So the good: Drinks are ok, good selection Staff, almost all of them day to day are super helpful, happy and polite The bad: Management - non existent and clearly avoid any engagement Heating/Air Con - they finally admitted that before mid April they simply switch off any ability to turn on the Air Con as the units in each room are locked out from doing until what they deem summer season, tough luck if it’s hot and good luck cooling down Food - think butlins meets Benidorm in terms of layout and vibe, it’s just chaotic and confusing with standards of each dish ranging from not bad, to ‘what is it’, each visit to eat just seems like a chore rather than a lovely experience Finally this hotels management and ownership are simply not interested in listening at all. We tried and tried to speak with someone in charge, that’s impossible, I personally was asked NOT to put a review on tripadvisor by customer care (who were lovely people) as this is punished by management downward, this is shocking behaviour! I asked for a manger to contact me personally post holiday to discuss our holiday there and if they did I would consider not reviewing if they took it seriously, they took my details and of course didn’t want to engage thereafter. Honestly, save your money, there are FAR better hotels within 10 mins of this one and beyond in Antalya. The reply to this review from the hotel will doubtless point to out of season, their food is brilliant and they take everyone and every complaint seriously, I’d urge caution in what you believe For context, we are widely travelled, from all inclusive to self catering in all types of accommodation and cultures, we review when things are great and rarely when poor, this one stood out a little for us.
