Concorde de Luxe Resort

I have been to many Hotels, but this one made our stay unforgettable! Everything is perfectly arranged and it is taken care with high quality service. Very nice hotel, the service is perfect and the food is extremely good and tasty. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will come back next year again. Noel was so helpful and supporting and Mustafa from Dafne restaurant gave us an unforgettable service!! Thank you for making our stay so comfortable :)!

As the title says this is our second visit within a year. To be exact, within 4 months. Despite being an enormous busy time the hotel and its staff manages to fulfill our needs. We have a very nice and relaxing holiday. Special thanx to Ömer, Ahmet and Mustafa from the buffet/restaurants. And since we are parents of 2 children under the age of 8 an extra special mention to all the ladies of the Moppet Club and especially Beyza, Bahar, Nisa and Elya.

We visited two years ago as a family of 4 and loved it so much that we bought our extended family of 14 - it was amazing then and I can happily say it did not disappoint our group that ranged from age 3 to 66!! Some points for families who are considering this hotel for their next trip- do not hesitate, just book it! The food is amazing - a real range and it’s fresh! Yes, if your children want fries, nuggets and ice cream- it does it, but if you also want super fresh variations in cuisine this place does it all. The main restaurant caters for all tastes and each evening has its own theme. In our stay we had two à la carte restaurants included but we booked an additional three because the food was wonderful. We had three family suites and a double bedroom booked and all rooms were incredibly clean and spacious. One of the children celebrated their birthdays whilst on holiday and the room was decorated without us even asking- the staff saw some birthday cards and gave the birthday boy a lovely surprise when he returned from the beach mid-afternoon! The beach and pool area are impeccably clean- you won’t find half empty glasses, dirty poolside floors or bathrooms as the staff are constantly on top of these things. The pool party is not to be missed! What I really want to praise is the warmth and friendliness of the staff- from the main reception (special shout out to Oyku who organised our restaurant trips in minutes!) to the wonderful waiters at the restaurant - they all welcomed us with a smile and nothing was too much for them! An example of this is where each evening we would start our evenings at the Vista Lobby Bar to have a pre dinner drink and get a family picture that was happily taken by the waitress- no mean feat getting 14 of us in one frame! All of the restaurants we visited served our children quickly, and staff had a fantastic laugh with us too! I wish I could name drop the same group of waiters who served us at Dafne, Poseidon and the BBQ restaurants - they were truly wonderful! I will miss this place but I can honestly say it won’t be our last time visiting- well done to team Concorde!

The perfect place to spend your vacations! Staff are amazing 🤩 a lot of different cool activities and the food is awesome 👏 Everything is neat and clean and outstanding overall .
