I was there in with my wife , the elevator ( lift) it was very bad experience for me , if u want to go to rooms in one side you had only two elevators one is broken every 5 minutes and we had to create lines to get into that . My wife was pregnant we couldn’t use stairs so we had to wait there 10 minutes to get my turn to get into elevator. Also the minibar is standard not cooling , not freezing. I changed 2 minibars still the same so if u expect to drink cold drinks or water in room, forget that . You will have to drink them hot .

For a 5 star hotel it was nice however we had many poor service and rooms were atrocious. Firstly, when we went to hotel they told us to take our own luggage to rooms being with a family of 5 with 3 children I had to do this in 3 go. Take kids and come back for luggages. Firstly we were given room on 5th floor duplex family rooms. Aircon didn’t work was not clean. After complaining they said we have to wait for the next day morning and speak to reception they will move us. Next day they moved us to ground floor ie in many places may say 1st floor- same floor as reception. Bathroom had sewage smell which used to come to rooms. And at night you could not sleep after 11. As the basement had disco and the noise from it was unbearable. I even tested the noise level which was 80decibles at night After complaining multiple time they mentioned no rooms available almost daily asked me to come back next day. Really terrible service and poor from all around. However the food and facilities were very good

This is NOT a 5* hotel — it’s more like a 3*. My mistake for not reading the reviews before booking. If you’ve stayed in good-quality hotels before, this place will most likely disappoint you. The hotel is old and outdated. The rooms are dirty, with black mould in the shower and worn-out furniture. We had a land-view room overlooking a dirty green pond full of thousands of frogs croaking loudly all night, so I had to sleep with earplugs. There is also no soundproofing at all — I could hear every single word from the room next door. Cleaning was poor. They only mopped the floor, changed the towels, and made the beds. The shower, sink, and mirror stayed dirty for all 14 days — they were never cleaned properly. A week into our stay, our entrance door broke around 12 PM and wouldn’t close. I asked SIX times throughout the day for someone to fix it. Every time they just asked for my room number and nothing happened. By 9 PM I was furious because the door had completely stopped working and I couldn’t even open it anymore. Only after I raised my voice at reception did someone finally come 30 minutes later. They removed the opening mechanism and promised to install a new one the next day — which, of course, never happened. The hotel is constantly being renovated while guests are staying there — painting walls, replacing tiles in the middle of the day — so you constantly smell paint and deal with dust. Food is 5/10. Not terrible, but definitely not good either. Alcohol is very low quality — the white wine literally tasted like beer. The aquapark is probably the biggest and only major advantage of this hotel. It’s genuinely very good, with a large variety of slides for both kids and adults, and we actually enjoyed spending time there. However, there was a serious shortage of inflatable tubes for the slides. Once the hotel became overcrowded, there simply weren’t enough tubes for everyone. The entertainment is bad, especially for kids. The kids’ club had a schedule of activities and workshops that almost never took place. The music by the pool and during the mini disco was unbearably loud — loud enough for my Apple Watch to repeatedly warn me about dangerous noise levels. We asked several times to lower the volume, but nothing changed. The gym is old and dirty, and most of the machines don’t work. The SPA marketing is extremely annoying. The towel exchange point is located inside the SPA area, so you’re forced to walk through it every time, and staff immediately jump in front of you trying to sell massages. It became incredibly irritating. The location is also poor. The hotel is basically in the middle of nowhere, with nothing nearby. The closest pharmacy is 20 km away. We arrived on May 9, and by May 17 the hotel already felt overcrowded, even though it supposedly wasn’t fully booked yet. Overall, the place feels more like a boarding house or summer camp than a real 5* hotel. Easily the worst hotel experience I’ve had in Turkey.

This is very budget hotel and is only worth it if you get a really cheap price. Rooms are small and not as all as nice or as big as they look online. The wifi varies between slow and entirely useless Smells like mold and cigarettes. Hallways are dark with filthy worn out carpets. Could not turn on the TV. Elevators are dirty. Pool is really small with just a couple of chairs next to a worn out room carpeted with astro turf, with three old work out machines that is supposed to be the gym.

My stay at this hotel was deeply unsettling. Shortly after my visit, I experienced alarming issues involving my personal information, and I became aware of online activity that appeared to impersonate me. What made the situation even more distressing was that a member of the hotel’s guest relations team contacted me via WhatsApp with unprofessional messages and screenshots, indicating that my information had been accessed in a way that raised serious concerns for me. The timing and the communication I received made me feel that my data had not been handled securely. When I tried to address the situation with the hotel, the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. My concerns were not taken seriously, and there was no meaningful effort to investigate or provide support. Overall, this experience left me feeling unsafe, unheard, and unsupported. Guests deserve to feel confident that their personal information is handled with care, and I strongly hope the hotel takes immediate steps to improve its professionalism and data-protection practices. I did not feel that my data was protected during my stay.
