Yunus and team made our trip amazing!!

I would like to share our experience at Crystal Admiral Aqua Collection. We checked into the hotel with our family on 16 June 2026. On the very first day, all the cash we had placed in the locked safe in our room disappeared: USD 3,300, EUR 750, PLN 150 and UAH 20,000. When we discovered the loss, the safe was still locked. The empty envelopes in which the money had been kept were still inside, and there were no visible signs of forced entry. We immediately informed the hotel management and called the gendarmerie. We gave an official statement, and the case was passed to the Turkish authorities. During our discussions with the hotel, we were told that similar incidents had not happened there before. However, after returning home, we found a number of public reviews from other guests describing similar incidents involving money or valuables at the same hotel, including reports relating to periods before our stay. We also learned that there were no surveillance cameras in the residential corridors, the safe did not keep an electronic history of openings, and it was not possible to establish when or how it had been accessed. Later, a representative of Crystal Hotels contacted me directly and raised the possibility of a “final settlement”. I replied that, at a minimum, I expected reimbursement of the money that had disappeared. He later informed me that he had discussed the case with a board member and would return to the matter after that person came back from the United States. As of today, I have still received neither a concrete settlement proposal nor compensation. I am writing this review so that other travellers can take our experience into account, especially when deciding how to store cash and valuables at the hotel. Location was amazing loads to do inside the hotel but if you wanted to pop out you can. When inside the hotel as your going to the rooms it feels like your on a cruise it’s that nice Atmosphere was amazing in the hotel everything was great to things to do around the pool and the slides was amazing Night entertainment was great for the kids Room was great we was a bed short but a request to reception was no trouble and had an extra pullout bed in less than a hour Value was outstanding to the food you get inside the restaurant and the food around the pool was amazing everything you needed was there to pancakes dipped in melt red chocolate to waffle and ice cream The snack bar was always stocked up and let’s just say i didn’t get bored of anything there’s Cleanliness overall was amazing the room was spotless and the towel art was amazing. Noise level was so low as if the room had noice cancellations. One morning i thought no one was up but as soon as i open the balcony door i can hear kids and music Service was outstanding nothing was no trouble at all but everything there was that great you didn’t need to ask for anything Spa- was amazing Turkish bath i would recommend and was well needed Overall i would recommend this hotel to anyone but please go on a diet before coming as the food and treats are so delicious and moorish you can’t keep your hands off

We arrived at Crystal Admiral (party of 5, including my two sons 4yrs and 8yrs) and we're treated very well, after a slight mix up with our rooms we settled in and explored the resort, the pools are a fantastic size, one we called the 'party pool' and one the 'quiet pool', both allowed our boys to thoroughly enjoy themselves, swim about, jump in and play with their inflatables. As always you do have to 'reserve' your sun loungers but we always found a shaded area (much needed in the Turkey sun) although temperature was very consistent at around 32-35 degrees most days. The water park area was excellent, by far the best I've experienced! Perfect for my 8yr old to explore with us or on his own. The pirate ship kids area was a little overwhelming for my 4yr old autistic son so he just kept to the main pools. The kids club was good, although as we were one of the only British families there my 8yr old struggled to make friends so wasn't keen on staying in the club for long. There is also an indoor soft play which is excellent, games room and bowling alley. Pool amenities were also excellent, doughnuts, cakes, drinks, ice-cream, lunch all readily available throughout the day! The restaurants and food overall was great, something for everyone and in huge abundance! Nightlife was a little repetitive after week one but a couple of nights really stood out, amazing acts that we really enjoyed so overall the entertainment was a good standard. The beach area is also lovely, a short walk under the underpass and your there, lovely restaurant on the beach too! Our rooms were very clean and perfect for what we needed, a little out dated decor but as a base they had everything we needed! We also ventured out into Side town which I would definitely recommend, perfect afternoon and evening seeing the Roman ruins and shopping/restaurants, a gorgeous little town! I would definitely recommend this resort to young families, the pools and water park areas alone were fantastic and kept us busy all day. The staff (of which there seemed to be hundreds) were always on hand and are the backbone to the whole place, the cleanliness is above average! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, thank you to the whole Admiral team who work tirelessly at the resort to make everyone's holiday great!
