We were brought here by TUI after our flight was cancelled. The fact they had free rooms for the 190 people they said they had to look after that evening said enough! The place is so tired, dirty and the service isn’t great. I woke up covered in bites! Everything is falling apart and looks like it was installed in the 90s. Even when we sat on the sofas the dust covered our hands. The furniture is broken including smashed glass on the coffee table. We ate at the late restaurant and had breakfast bits while we are here. The cakes are ok but don’t taste like much. The rest of the food was poor quality or chips. The staff all look fed up like they have had enough. It seems they must survive off of cancelled flights. If you like windows this hotel isn’t for you, they have frosted the ones they have and walking through the rooming area has no windows at all. Needs a really big refresh!

I had an absolutely dreadful holiday experience. On the day I arrived, I was assigned an outdated room with gaps in the balcony doors, leaving us to fight off swarms of mosquitoes. To make matters worse, the Wi-Fi did not work in the room at all. I went to the reception five separate times and spoke to a staff member named Esra regarding the internet issue. Every single time, she brushed me off with empty promises, claiming "a technical team will come check it today" or "a team will look into it tomorrow." I then approached the Guest Relations department, where the staff assured me it would definitely be fixed the next day. Two days passed, and no one ever showed up. Frustrated, I went back to Guest Relations the following morning. A staff member named Orkun promised he would handle the issue personally that day. Two hours later, a technician finally arrived and fixed the connection. When I explained the whole ordeal to him, he just laughed and told me, "I've been at the hotel for four days, and no one mentioned a word about this to me." The issues did not stop there. We went to the Latin Restaurant around 9:40 PM, even though the posted closing time was 11:00 PM. Upon entering, the staff bluntly stated, "We are closed." When we confronted them about the official 11:00 PM closing time, I had to report the situation to Guest Relations yet again. They claimed they would resolve it and suggested we go eat at the outdoor snack bar instead. When we got there and ordered soup, it was served ice-cold. Afterward, we headed to the Alaçatı Patisserie, which was also scheduled to remain open until 11:00 PM, but by 9:50 PM they had already shut down operations and were only serving drinks. It turns out only half of the hotel rooms had been renovated, while the other half were severely outdated. We were told the hotel was hosting 3,000 guests, yet there were nowhere near enough sunbeds by the pool, leading to constant arguments among guests. Even though I took this trip to relax and relieve stress, I was forced to wake up at 7:00 AM every single morning just to reserve a sunbed. It felt like pure torture rather than a vacation. The hotel was severely understaffed, and the employees simply could not keep up with the workload. I am currently conducting research to publish this experience across Swedish and Danish news outlets so that no one else falls victim to this place. Hotels should not be allowed to charge exorbitant prices only to deliver utter disappointment. We are completely dissatisfied.

A very good hotel with an abundance of things to do, especially with children. They were kept entertained and had amazing fun for the two weeks that we stayed there. There was a wide variety of restaurants and foods to choose from, I would say that for a vegetarian, there were some good choices, but more could be offered. However, the quality of food was excellent. The pools and water slides were brilliant. The spa and sauna facilities were excellent. My two points which left me not providing this five stars are; First, the gym equipment for cardio was very disappointing. Out of at least 12 machines, only two were working, one bike and one treadmill. Not great when you consider how many guests are in the hotel. Second, my son’s toy went missing from the room. The cleaning staff picked it up with the bedding. It was a toy he had since he was a baby and he is very sad. There were no apologies from the staff, and they didn’t seem like they wanted to help.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was serious enough that I feel other travelers should be aware. During dinner at the Italian à la carte restaurant, I found a large green caterpillar/worm inside my salmon salad. This is completely unacceptable for a hotel that advertises itself as a 5-star ultra all-inclusive resort. The incident raised serious concerns about hygiene, food safety, and quality control. Unfortunately, I was unable to take a photo because I immediately brought the plate directly to the Operational Manager. The plate was kept by the hotel and was never returned to me. What disappointed me even more was how the management handled the situation. Instead of taking the matter seriously and providing an appropriate resolution, the only compensation offered was a standard room with a sea view, despite the fact that the room was located quite far from the beach. I was also informed that the hotel does not have any higher-category standard rooms available. As an additional gesture, they offered complimentary ironing because the hotel does not provide irons for guests. While I appreciated the effort, this was clearly not an adequate response to finding a worm in my food. I also contacted the hotel’s management through an official written complaint after my stay, expecting at least an apology or a follow-up regarding such a serious food safety issue. Unfortunately, I received no response whatsoever. I want to make it clear that the hotel staff were kind, polite, and genuinely tried to help. My disappointment is directed entirely at the management and their complete lack of accountability and professionalism in handling a serious hygiene incident. Food safety should never be compromised, especially in a hotel that promotes itself as a luxury resort. I sincerely hope the management improves its hygiene standards and starts taking guest complaints seriously.

My experience in this hotel was not as expected. I thought it is 5stars hotel but out of the experience i had, it is not nearly 3stars. The rooms were in poor condition. We had a family room with stairs. The stairs were dirty, worn out, the walls had stains from other guests, ceiling had water leak stains. The furniture was old fashioned. Sink in the toilet was blocked and we had to ask for someone to come and drain it. The ceiling in the toilet is peeling specially the one in the shower unit. The hallways had lots of tripping hazards, where I tripped three times and my son had a fall. The pools looked lovely however lack of life guards and water had residue all the time, kept me wondering whether proper po cleaning were done or not. The guests has lack of social manners, they can step infront of you at the reception desk and unfortunately staff are not able to ask them to wait for their turn. The reception staff lack english language, there were only two that I can communicate with, the lady manager cane across rude to me at some point. I have been to Turkey before and I have dealt with staff at hotels and I can differentiate between rudeness and people with loud voice or tone. The lady manager was rude very loud which is something I was offended with. The food was ok, 24/7 snack bar which had offered chicken, burgera and pizzas, in addition to salads, fries, fruits, drinks and few deserts and icecream. There were 5 flavours for icecream. They had 1 main restaurant and I would avoid as it is always crowded. The restaurant at the beach is lovely, serves similar dishes everyday but we liked it the most. The entertainment was great, lots of activities for kids which is really good. The water slides are fast and fun, however some of the staff at the slides can be careless and asking to go quick one after another rather than waiting for the person sliding before out of the water first. They have shops however they are very expensive. An inflatable ball costs £20 and above, so if you are looking to buy anything from their shop bring in extra cash. They have accessories and silver shop, the prices were ok and acceptable. Overall, I dont think I will ever return or visit this hotel again. My experience was not great and the money I paid towards this hotel can take me to a better hotel choice and location.
