Our stay at Crystal Centro Hotel in Turkey was an overall fantastic experience, leaving us with very warm memories and a strong wish ti come here again From the moment we arrived, the hotel impressed us with its modern design, clean surroundings, and well-organized reception process. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and we immediately felt welcomed. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping did a great job daily, keeping everything spotless. The food deserves a special mention. The variety in the main restaurant was excellent, offering both local Turkish dishes and international cuisine. Everything was fresh, and nicely presented. There was always something new to try, which made each meal enjoyable. What truly stood out, however, was the bar, entertainment program, and staff — they were absolutely beyond praise. The bar service was exceptional: a wide selection of drinks, high-quality cocktails, and bartenders who clearly know their craft. They were friendly, fast, and always ready to recommend something new. The entertainment program was another highlight of our stay. It was well-organized, diverse, and engaging for guests of all ages. From daytime activities to evening shows, everything was done professionally and with great energy. You could really feel the effort and passion behind it. Mert, Esra, Yagmur, Erdal, Berk and mr Emrah - thank you for the best holidays! And most importantly, the staff made our experience unforgettable. Every team member we encountered was polite, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Their positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile created a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. The hotel facilities — including the pool area, beach access, and common spaces — were clean, spacious, and well-designed for comfort and relaxation. In summary, Crystal Centro exceeded our expectations in many ways. Thanks to the outstanding bar service, excellent entertainment program, and truly exceptional staff, our vacation felt special and carefree. Very good location not far from airport just 15 min travel to wonderful hotel Centro . Atmosphere are very very good especially 👌 Kids club is the famous for our family my daughter and my son they like 👍 it very well. Rooms are clean and good for family's. Food's and drinks also very well we enjoyed our holiday definitely we come back . Thanks to teachers Yagmur and Irany Esra . Especially thanks also to mister Emrah .

Visited this place at the end of April. I have experienced a really great service. Food was awesome. The stuff was very attentive. The SPA visit is a must. Got a few massages and treatments. Definitely would come back.

Nice hotel, great experience, space for every guest at pool, attractive water slides. Daily activites like ping pong, dart and volleyball are available. Direct access to the beach. A la cart restarurants free of charge and 24/7 drinks and food.
