We have had the best holiday ever. The staff, food and premises are amazing and we have never had a never a better Holiday. The hotel was spotless. We have used the spa facilities and they have been great! We will definitely come back again.

There were 10 of us and we had a great holiday. The hotel is very clean everywhere and has lots of activities on offer. The drinks are great and the lobby bar serves the best cocktails. We also loved the beach bar and the bar on the pier…. There’s a theme here! The Pâtisserie serves great coffee and cakes and the street food cabin is also fun and handy for a snack. We also tried the 24 hour restaurant which has a good selection. The main restaurant was good we loved the grill and my personal favourite was the rotisserie chicken and rice for lunch.i struggled at breakfast time being gluten free but ate a lot of omelettes which were not cooked to order. My vegetarian friend had some great breakfasts however. There could have been a bigger selection of food but it was adequate for us. So we had a great holiday and here are a few little things that we didn’t like. We emailed on three occasions to ensure that we had single beds as we were single women. There were 10 in our group and none of us had single beds on arrival. Most beds were separated that nights but I had to sleep on the sofa bed as the double bed was too small to share. This was sorted the next day. The reception staff were not welcoming or approachable and didn’t speak English so communication was difficult. We did speak to public relations who were much more helpful and couldn’t do enough for us. The gluten free bread was difficult to get every morning and almost inedible and I gave up asking. The hotel is tired in places but we heard there was some work to be undertaken over the winter. Our rooms were cleaned beautifully but the towels were thin and well used. The beach towels were like rags and definitely needed replacing. There were a lot of broken sunbeds too. The spa was ok. It has a sauna and steam room and a small cold indoor pool. All the pools were cold and even though we were doing aqua classes the water in the pool was colder than the sea. The beach was crowded and not for us but we loved the pier for sunbathing and we were those people that reserved beds before 9am to ensure we got them. The pier was rotten in places but work was being carried out whilst we were there. There are a lot of Russian people staying in the hotel so Russian is spoken more widely than English - Google translate was our friend! Would I stay here again - no Would I recommend - possibly for families with small children as that area looked great fun.

Absolutely not a 5-star hotel. First of all, when my pregnant wife and I arrived at 10PM, we were checked into the wrong room — despite paying for a sea view. I called reception to explain, but they weren’t very apologetic. They admitted the mistake and told me to come down at 10AM the next day to change rooms. In the morning, I went to the gym, which was decent enough, then to breakfast — which was terrible. We packed our things and went to reception for 9:45, only to be told we couldn’t move into the room I’d paid for until 12PM. When we finally got the correct room, it did have a nice view and was comfortable, and the pool area and drinks were good too. Later that evening, we tried the so-called “Italian” restaurant since the buffet breakfast and lunch were awful — everything overcooked and bland. The Italian restaurant was honestly a joke: there were only two main dishes (ravioli and chicken), and both came out in under five minutes, clearly just reheated. I genuinely think many of the positive reviews must be fake or paid for, because there’s no way people have standards this low for food. The service from reception staff was just about passable, nothing more.

I had a very enjoyable stay at this resort in Antalya. What stood out the most for me was the entertainment and animation program. Compared to other resorts I’ve been to, the daily activities here are more varied, better organized, and the team is big enough to manage everything without stress. You can tell they really enjoy their work, and they never pressure guests to join in if you prefer to relax. The food was excellent with a huge variety; highlights for me were the grill stations, a honeycomb at breakfast, and fried chicken that was honestly better than KFC. Both the beach and pool areas are very nice and well kept. Staff overall were friendly, especially the animation and restaurant teams. Reception was a bit less helpful than in other resorts I’ve visited (they don’t coordinate with agencies directly, and I had one unhelpful interaction), and our bracelets were forgotten at check-in. Rooms are fine but could use deeper cleaning and some renovation. Overall, this is a resort I would recommend, especially if entertainment and food variety are important for you. 🎉🍴☀️

We had a wonderful stay at Crystal Centro. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, everything was spotless and very well organized. The food was delicious, the pools were crystal clear, and the children’s pool is one of the most beautiful we’ve seen, with different slides and shallow water that’s perfect for kids. Although the beach is small, it’s clean and well maintained. We loved everything about our stay and were pleasantly surprised to discover such a lovely place. Highly recommended!
