Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa

The room standard is very poor. The toilet is old , the furniture is broken and the paint color is falling. I boked tjis hotel to enjoy a week holiday w my family but i don’t want stay here. The administration say that they don’t have other room. Its rooms on better standard. I think my room is the service room. I complain why booking. Com aloud the hotel dowload pictures that are not show the reality of the hotel. I hope they will give me another room tomorrow . All family is crying. We where many times in turkya. And never happened that .

We arrived at 2.30am from England, after a long day of travel we were greeted by a lovely man at reception who made us feel welcome and also told us about the 24hour bar to get a drink and something to eat which was a welcome surprise! The room was very spacious for a family of 5 we were very comfortable and had all we needed for a trip, the room was modern, cleaned to a high standard each day. I must say the whole cleaning team work tirelessly throughout the day around the hotel grounds, the hotel was spotless they work very hard! The food was amazing on all levels, the main restaurant offers so much choice and caters for most! The ala carte restaurants which are still included in the all inclusive was amazing, our favourite was the Asian and Turkish. The Turkish restaurant is based at the beach. The beach is beautiful a little rocky so sea shoes are recommended! We had a great time and loved our beach days, the food, drinks and entertainment were 10/10! We enjoyed a banana boat and parasailing. The tractor ride was a relief on hot days but the walk is only short!! The pool and slides kept our children entertained all day along with the pool games and entertainment, the whole entertainment crew poolside, evening and mini disco are fantastic we enjoyed every evening show and were so impressed!! We went on an excursion called the “green canyon” the value for money is incredible and the views and day we had were wonderful highly recommend!!! We had a fantastic holiday thanks to the whole team! My only gripe would be the one waiter we came across on the outside terrace who continued to bring us things that we didn’t want or need (yoghurts, milkshake) daughter has a milk allergy, when we said no thank you and kept being polite as we were grateful for his attentiveness, but sadly we had no cash to tip etc he did show his disappointment that we didn’t tip but slamming the chairs against our table and ignoring my gratitude and explanation that we had no cash I did leave feeling awkward and was pleased that was our last experience. This was mainly our fault for not keeping any cash aside, this was the only negative after a 9 day holiday. Thank you to the whole team for a fantastic holiday I would 100% recommend!

We came here for our vacation and this is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. The hotel is very modern and beautiful! Check in and check out are smooth with no issues. Rooms are very clean and quiet. Events in the hotel are super interesting and fun! Mini club is one of the best things in this hotel. Staffs are super friendly and helpful! Kids are super happy staying there. Definitely will go back because of this amazing mini club because we know kids will be taken good care there by their staffs!
