It is a fantastic place for family holidays. Relaxed atmosphere, friendly staff. The area is huge and clean. The swimming pools are spacious with lovely warm water. Food is delicious and always available. The beach is wide, clean with a great beach bar. You get there everything you need to spend lovely time. We're happy to return next summer.

We spent the last week of November at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling staff at the reception. Since lunch wasn’t open yet, we were directed to the snack bar by the pool to eat. At first, we were given rooms in the last building, but later we had the opportunity to move to a family room in the first building with a view of the entire complex and the sea. Both rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was that the balcony door in the first building couldn’t be locked (we informed the staff, and they promised to fix it after our departure). The food was delicious, and every family member (even the pickiest eater) found something they liked. The selection of cakes/desserts, fruits, and ice cream varied by time and was diverse. There were many cats around the hotel area—some of them looked unkempt and a bit scary. One disappointing thing was that the pools were very cold—the outdoor pools for both children and adults, as well as the indoor pool. In the end, the sea was actually warmer. The kids’ program was enjoyable, as were the playroom and the outdoor playground. The only downside was that the sound at the kids’ program could definitely be turned down several levels. Overall, we were satisfied and would highly recommend the hotel for families. There are also small shops within walking distance. As for the downsides, the staff in the game machine room were rude, and the whole setup seemed to be built with unreliable extension cords. Also, stroller rental is offered in the hotel lobby for €15 per 24 hours, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The man in charge was arrogant and didn’t acknowledge that something might be wrong. He put the stroller back up for rent even after my 3-year-old child (weighing about 15 kg) repeatedly fell through the bottom because the seat frame was broken from the stroller frame, and the wheels wouldn’t turn properly when there was kid in it.

Arrived around 10:30pm. Very quick check-in. This was due to the language barrier as reception staff don’t speak English. Shown to the room by staff and was pleasantly surprised. There were only two of us and we had two separate bedrooms. Large bathroom with walk in shower. Lots of wardrobe space. Very good air conditioning. Within the bathroom the towel holder wasn’t secured to the wall. Same with the hairdryer, but only a minor inconvenience. The food and drinks in this hotel is 24/7 and all in all no complaints. The alcohol is better than most all inclusive as the beer is good. The rum is Havana club and not local nonsense as it is in some hotels. The food hall is very large and split over 3 or 4 different rooms. The food is good and caters for most. The snack bar is large and meant for my 5 day break I didn’t need to leave the pool area very much The snack bar at the beach is also very good too. The entertainment is throughout the day but as this isn’t primarily an English based hotel is more for Central Europeans. I think the hotel was mostly Polish. Russian and German. All friendly. Yes there is cultural issues with queueing but on the whole the only rudeness I saw came from two female English guests The night time entertainment is very good. The amphitheatre started the entertainment then it moves to the larger stage area We had a great time every night. There is bad smells around the hotel which has a smell of drains. This gets worse as you walk towards the local markets that are very close to the hotel. There seems to be a landfill style dump close to the hotel which may be the source of the smell Did not ruin the trip at all Would definitely return

Didn’t enjoy this hotel at all the room was not like the pictures there was a funky smell the four days that we where the we could here banging people flushing there toilet throughout the night. The food was average. Overall i would not recommend.

Great for families with kids - pools with slides etc. One pool restricted for adults only (+16) - great alternative for someone who wants a little peace and quite ;) The water in the pools was fresh and clean. The same goes to the whole grounds area - clean with a lot of green view (palms, grass, trees etc.) The food is good, a lot to choose from, everyone can find something for themselves. The beach is close and even if you don't want to go on foot, a bus is available basically all the time. The only minus in my opinion is the indoor dining seats (outside option is much more pleasant however sometimes it is hard to find free seats).
