Our hotel was changed to this hotel last minute im so pleased it was we had a fantastic time at this hotel the staff were amazing especially with our children our little boy loved Fatimarose she was so caring and made him feel so special from day 1 . The kids team, the kitchen staff, cleaning staff, reception everyone did everything they possibly could to give us the best holiday ever! Thank you so much 🥰

Only problems was the central air con rooms were so hot apart from that amazing hotel, heating outdoor pool friendly staff good choice of food

We stayed at this hotel in the fall of 2025. I have stayed in five-star hotels in Turkey dozens of times. This is by no means one of them. If anyone ends up in this hotel now, I will give you a few tips: 1. Watch what you eat. 5 out of 7 of our group got sick and at different times. Especially the chicken in the restaurants next to the pool was raw inside. Likewise the lamb at dinner. 2. If possible, go to dinner among the first ones because the locals have different hygiene concepts than us Europeans. It is disgusting to watch someone taste the sauce by licking the sauce ladle. Or when a bun that fell on the floor is picked up back into the bun basket. 3. Under no circumstances should you leave anything in the room's safe. Not even on the tables if it is even slightly valuable. Something was stolen from our safe and the hotel management did nothing to investigate the matter. We filed a police report, but as I suspected, nothing has been heard from them. They are not interested. The good thing about this hotel is its location, with plenty of shops and other services right across the street. If I had to give the hotel a star rating, I think it would be 3-3.5 stars. However, now that the customers' personal belongings are not safe, I will give it one star. In the picture, a table tennis racket from a "five-star" hotel. :)
