Was a bit sceptical as Turkish 5* is usually not really true 5* We arrived late- it’s a good hr from Antalya airport We were greeted by a grumpy receptionist call ‘Sa-fit ’ he was fairly obstructive and unhelpful- everything is too much for him Not letting him dampen our holiday spirit: We were surprised to find the bar & restaurant open 24hrs- children were so happy to see the snow-white restaurant and they even serve sparkling wine! I usually doesn’t drink anything other than champagne-I find the Turkish sparkling very drinkable They (bar, restaurant) give you good big portion of everything too Food were plenty and delicious (a bit on the salty side) 😛 The hotel is clean- rooms are cleaned daily with mini bar filled There’s robes and slippers in the rooms! no one pesters you to buy packages - massages / hair No one demand for tips and they have tip boxes so you can do it as you please Kids love the water park (but note only for children 7+ for the slides) Facilities are of good state of repair Mini club opens 10-11pm!! Face painting everyday at 6 is also my kiddo’s highlight! Kids disco could have some changes to the songs every now & then Frequent shuttle to beach which the hotel has its private section with a bar! Kids love the melon ice cream We had a brilliant time- will def come back!

Our holiday was unforgettable thanks to the incredibly kind and attentive staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to Habib, who greeted us and helped us with the check-in such a polite, caring young man! Also the bartender at the beach bar (I forgot his name) spoke excellent English and was always friendly and smiling. The shuttle driver to the beach, the animators, and the whole medical team were amazing.My son had a small accident near the pool and needed medical help the staff reacted instantly and professionally, and everything was handled perfectly. The food was beyond expectations so much variety, fresh fruits and vegetables with real taste. Everything was clean, organized, and well maintained. Tip for future guests: bring some small change, because the staff truly deserve tips for their hard work and kindness. We’ll definitely come back thank you, Crystal Sunset team, for a wonderful holiday!

Hotel was clean and tidy. Rooms were great size for families. View was of the road really noisy the disco was so loud and the waterpark was overwhelming loud for small children. A la carte was free. Hotel transfer time was 45 mins. Private. Staff don’t speak much English. Not very helpful at end of season. Check in and out was fine. Getting around hotel easy. But most of it shut end of season. Very disappointing! No atmosphere at all in October half term again disappointing . Beautiful hotel. Stunning to look at. All clean bathrooms and rooms room service great. Food awful! Lunch was good. Really check when you go as for what we paid we should have had access to everything. Not much to explore. Do not go jeeobsafari with Jacks…. We all have server ptsd after that! No seatbelts. Dangerous driving! And really quite boring.

Our experience was okay. I've been to many 5* resorts before I'd say crystal sunset isn't 5* its 4* the decor wasn't completely done in a few place around the resort wires hanging down even some places around work had been done but not finished cleanliness wasn't that great either especially near the pool area that let us down. Breakfast buffet was always the same nothing special we got quite sick of it also lunch and dinner was kind of similar too. Overall we did enjoy ourself as the weather was brilliant and obviously snacks and drinks were provided through the day that was a plus. Talking about drinks as Muslims we don't drink alcohol and the worst part there was the workers didn't really care about that and offered us alcoholic glasses despite being muslim themselves thats was a very big let down and disgusting to be fair I don't think I'd visit this 4^ resort again as staff wasn't professional they had students working there seasonal staff which yet again isn't very professional at all as when you would tell them to do something they mad weird faces and like was forcing them so definitely don't recommend this place at all.
