Crystal Sunset Pearl Collection

We visited last week and were so excited to come to this hotel. Firstly the pool and the slides in this hotel are absolutely beautiful, massive pool and heated also. Good room size but dont go for a land view as there is waste ground outside and people building so was noisy at times. Food was nice and I really enjoyed the Asian ala carte. Because it was out off season not all restaurants and bars were open, so could be an effort to find a bar. Really liked the mini bar replenished every day. The animation team were really fun and some of the staff in the restaurants were so nice. I liked having a ketal in the room.

We stayed at this hotel in April for Easter. I was impressed. It's a wonderful paradise for both older and younger children. There's a large, heated pool (on cooler days), 11 slides for older children and adults, and a splash area for younger children. There's plenty to do. A wide selection of food is available all day: a sushi bar, sweet cakes, coffee, and several a la carte restaurants. One restaurant is open 24 hours a day. An Irish pub is open all night. Good quality alcohol is available. The beach is a 5-minute walk away or you can take a free shuttle bus to the beach. Opposite the hotel, there are plenty of shops and markets. There's also a gym, an indoor pool, a spa center, and a hairdresser. Billiards, bowling, a games area, and a PlayStation (all for an additional fee). The hotel is very large, and there's something for everyone. I highly recommend it.

Poor: Lower than expected service, staff attitudes, food preparation, general cleanliness and entertainment

Hüseyin is the best masajist in the Spa and Alim information allways helpfull thank you for all personal who work in spa. We got 3 times massage we liked very much and reccomend everyone for spa treatments

Our hotel was changed to this hotel last minute im so pleased it was we had a fantastic time at this hotel the staff were amazing especially with our children our little boy loved Fatimarose she was so caring and made him feel so special from day 1 . The kids team, the kitchen staff, cleaning staff, reception everyone did everything they possibly could to give us the best holiday ever! Thank you so much 🥰
