Me, my fiance and the kids came here for a week in may half term. We are a english family and read lots of good reviews about this place but unfortunately we were mislead ! When we arrived at the hotel staff looked miserable at reception area and extremely rude. Room was pleasant enough however the bed was rock hard , complained about it and they brought us a duvet to use, didn't make it any better. Cleaning in the bedrooms was extremely poor any 5star hotel I've been to they clean not just change your towels some days they never took a overflowing bin in the room, had to go to reception and ask for toilet roll as it wasn't restocked. FOOD !!!! The food through the day in the hotel is ok by the pool in the harbour restaurant bit perfect for kids and doable for adults. However evening meal and breakfast was horrific food looking horrible and tasting revolting, we ended up going out the hotel 5 nights for food to a restraunt across the road was 10x better. The al la carte restraunts here are actually in shambles, the Chinese one the sushi was the only edible thing everything else was horrendous. The Mediterranean restaurant was the worst we tried, supposed to be Italian get some stale breadsticks, then some minestrone soup the was just like a bowl of oil. My fiance seen another table getting there main course and said this looks horrendous let's go . We got up and left. All the hotel staff there english is so poor to the point where you can't get a conversation out of anyone. If your British and reading this save your money and book some where else. We were in side 6 week ago and paloma finesse was actually amazing compared to this and not much more money or granada luxury in belek.

Fantastic hotel with such kind and friendly staff who always go above and beyond to help. The kids club was amazing and kept the children entertained with lots of fun activities. The restaurant had great food with plenty of choice for everyone. Overall, a wonderful family holiday experience — we would definitely come back!

I’ve had the pleasure of travelling every year to either Turkey, Morocco or Egypt. I would say this hotel was the worst of a great bunch. We went Mid May and there just simply wasn’t enough staff for the sheer amount of people. We’re a really polite bunch and always try to learn basic phrases in the local language, but we felt like 90% of the staff looked down on us. 10% were still amazing (but not amazing compared to the baseline standard at other hotels). One of the staff at the coffee bar actually waved her colleagues over and pointed and laughed at my partner and I. I’m not sure if this is because I’m quite tattooed, but it wasn’t the standard expected. When the bellman realised we had no cash for a tip, he stopped wheeling our luggage and pointed to our room saying ‘it’s down there somewhere’. Every morning you have to play the dreaded sunbed game. At the ‘adult’ pool, there is hardly any space between the beds and traffic of people which does massively impact your ability to relax. You’ll also be waiting a very long time at the pool bar for a drink. The main pool is heated but the adult pool isn’t. Also really bad access into the pools for anyone that has mobility issues or just wants a quick cool down. The adult pool felt like a massive after thought. Food repetitive and boring and no al fresco dining which I didn’t think was a problem until I missed it! We’ve stayed in a Crystal hotel in Kemer and that was far better than this one. However, it was still clean and had lovely facilities. Maid service is either super early or around 6pm when everyone is getting ready for dinner, but that didn’t bother us too much as we don’t expect daily cleans. Definitely one for the families rather than couples or older guests. I also really struggled with the amount of rude guests and staff, but hey, maybe I could be the problem here. No one queues, no one waits for you to exit the lift before coming in and I quite literally had people shove me out of the way during dinner. I wouldn’t personally go back.
