Crystal Sunset Pearl Collection

We had an amazing stay at Crystal Sunset and would happily come back again! The hotel is beautiful, with great facilities, plenty to do throughout the day, and a fantastic choice of food and drinks. The staff worked incredibly hard and always had a smile on their faces, which made such a difference to our holiday. A special thank you to Eren at the Chinese restaurant. He honestly became our friend during our stay. Even though he didn’t speak English, he went above and beyond for us and always found a way to help. Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and his kindness really stood out. He is a real credit to the hotel, and we're already looking forward to seeing him again when we come back. We'd also like to mention Yusuf at the Italian restaurant, who was incredibly friendly and welcoming. He made us feel at home from the moment we arrived and added to what was already a fantastic dining experience. Thank you to everyone at Crystal Sunset for such a memorable holiday. We can't wait to return!

We are very happy with the hotel so far, there have been no problems. Let me mention that lunch in the main restaurant is good because the snack restaurant has fast food, at least the best pizza and kebab served hot. In the evenings, the food in the main restaurant is very good. There is an activity every day, and the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff in the bars are all friendly, and every employee in the hotel does their best to make us happy. The animation shows and activities are very good. I would like to thank the animation team, especially Fatma Gül, who led the morning gymnastics, water gym, and pilates ❤️ This is our second Cristal experience. All the à la carte options are free; you can go to any without an appointment. Most of the guests are Turkish, so it depends on your expectations. I wish you a good holiday in advance.

The atmosphere was amazing, and the service quality was excellent. The animation team deserves special praise — they were energetic, professional, and always smiling. A special mention goes to the Mini Club, which was fantastic. The staff were kind, caring, and enthusiastic, making sure the children felt welcome and had an amazing time. Our kids loved the activities and looked forward to visiting every day. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations. Excellent hotel clean, staff lovely, food delicious, went with my husband and 2 grandsons they loved the water slides and entertainment I fell in love with a gorgeous cat who looks like he had slight deformed back but can tell hes well looked after ( love the fact turkish people love cats) gift shops on resort not over priced plus lovely row of shops outside hotel.... bus to beach takes less than 5mins leaves every 15mins from hotel and beach lovely we ate in tex mex a la carte and the Chinese a la carte don't need to book and food was delicious..... would definitely return without hesitation in fact will probably go bk next year with my other grandkids
