Amazing hotel great staff and good food. Very good location. Room was cleaned daily.

We visited from Scotland in April and had a brilliant time. My self and another family came along with our children aged 6 months, 2 years, 3 years, 9 years and 12 years, and they all had a brilliant time! The hotel was spotless, and always plenty to eat. The entertainment team really made our holiday - especially Alihan, Akin & Emine, who took time to get to know all of the kids and provide daily entertainment through the mini disco, kids club, karaoke, quizzes and just bring so welcoming and helpful. We had a great day out to Land of Legends theme park and to the market in Belek but otherwise we stayed at the hotel as it had everything that we needed. I even managed to fit in a massage which was unreal! Would definitely recommend

We stayed 11th - 18th April & enjoyed every moment. From the grandeur of the hotel itself to the staff, it was a brilliant stay. The resort is big with everything you need and more. Due to being there early season, it was quiet until hundreds of traffic police arrived due to a neighbouring summit in Belek but all were very polite & it didn't affect our stay at all (we felt very safe!) All of the water slides were open and although the water was very cold, our 2 children had a blast. The pool was cold but it's April so we didn't expect it to be warm. Once you're in and keep moving it's fine. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom suite with comfy firm beds. Ok there are signs of some TLC being needed in some areas but unless you really look for it, it doesn't stand out. I would say the duvet is too small for the size of the bed. The bathroom was clean, the shower was perfect and the small complimentary items in the whole room made it a very enjoyable room to be in. The mini bar was a welcoming touch which was replenished regularly and the sewing kit & bath robes came in very handy! Now to the food: If you love trying new foods, this is the place for you. Not once did we see anything that looked unsavoury. Each meal setting in the main restaurant had everything. I thoroughly enjoyed every evening meal as it was always something different, from fresh salads to soup to Grilled meats. Hats off to the chefs for their creativity. One firm favourite was the grilled vegetables and couscous with pesto. There are various food spots and cafés on site and we all enjoyed the patisserie which serves unlimited cakes and savoury treats and the waffle/ice cream stall near the pool was a massive hit. I honestly have only praise for all the food at this location. We had massages, played tennis & basketball, swam in the sea, ate our weight in food, enjoyed the light entertainment in the evenings and still there were areas undiscovered. All the staff are very polite and professional. They are a credit to the hotel. We should say a massive thanks to Eyyub, Ali and Fatma in the spa. My partner and I enjoyed our massages and as a family, we took full advantage of the spa facilities especially the pool on the cooler days. We all enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning soon. Thank you Crystal Tat!

Highly recommend this hotel for families with young children - the staff could not be more friendly and go out of their way to make the kids experience enjoyable. The children’s pool and play area worked well as the adults could also use the sun loungers there. Water slides were great fun for the older kids as was the indoor pool. Foodwise, there was something for everyone and food was available 24-7. I’d recommend a connecting family room if traveling with children. There were activities like volleyball, darks and yoga daily. The entertainment staff were lovely and came to make a fuss of the kids every day, including at the kids disco. Plus the adults had live music every night and a quiz on the last day. We also took a trip to the local market in Belek and to land of legends theme park - the hotel helped us organise both and we had really enjoyable trips. Overall, a really good family holiday.

Staff were pleasent. Hotel was spotlessly clean. Was a little dated,however I was happy. Brand drinks,I only had a couple of alcoholic drinks as I was solo with my daughter but pop etc were good. Was a little noisey at night with late guests drinking as our room was over the front of the hotel. Food was well presented,although I jave to admit the food was always cold or lukewarm.so that could be changed. Plenty of sun loungers as hotel seemed less than half full. Overall a lovely relaxing week and my daughter enjoyed it.
