Crystal Tat Beach Golf Resort & Spa

I just spent a fantastic week at crystal tat beach turkey an all inclusive hotel with all the amenities including fantastic food and drink, beach, pools, waterslides and entertainment. A special mention to the reps who had us involved in daily activities and were helpful and friendly specifically Gokhan and Milan. Couldn’t recommend it more for couples, families and friends.

We have been so happy and comfortable at this hotel. The variety of food and drinks available is impressive and we have been to 2 of the 4 A La Carte restaurants so far and they were both fantastic. The Fish and the Turkish and would of cost of lot of money if we were paying. The grounds and pools are very clean and cared for and although the staff do not all speak good english they try to friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anyone. Couples. Families. All ages. Lastly some of the best shows and entertainment Ive seen at a hotel. Especially The Michael Jackson Show and the Butterfly DJS.

Me and my friends had a fantastic holiday there — we really enjoyed our stay! I would like to start with the positive aspects of the hotel. There was a huge variety of cuisines and plenty of cocktails to choose from. I also loved that there was a restaurant open 24 hours a day. The hotel has many bars, including a beach bar, pool bar, and even an Irish bar — absolutely loved it 😻 The swimming pool was beautiful and very clean. We also really enjoyed the entertainment program. There were activities both for kids and adults, and in my opinion the performances were of a very high standard. I could even say they were better than some shows in the West End in London, where you pay a lot of money for tickets! The rooms and the whole hotel were lovely and clean. There is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel, with buses going to the Turkish bazaar every 20 minutes, which was very convenient. Of course, none of the following points spoiled our holiday, but there are a few things that could be improved: * too much use of plastic cups and straws * very poor Wi-Fi connection in the rooms (although it worked perfectly in the rest of the hotel) * Russian guests seem to be more prioritised — please remember that guests from other countries also want to feel equally welcome * some staff members could improve their English, especially when guests ask basic questions Overall, thank you very much for a lovely holiday and a wonderful stay!

I am satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The restaurant - 10/10. Food is delicious. Comfortable. Reception - is 10/10. Guest relations - 10/10. There is a lady named Berfin. She knows Bulgarian and is very helpful. House keeping - 10/10. Room is cleaned every day.

HAIRDRESSERS ARE CON ARTISTS!!! They quoted me €35 for 2 plaits & keratin treatment and a hair wash, or 4 plaits for €50 and keratin thrown in, a hair wash for (€55),I confirmed I only wanted the 2 plaits with the keratin thrown in for €5 (€35) this is all I wanted and confirmed the price several times, my mother witnessed the conversation. When I got in the chair the next day, I got pressured into a haircut I didn’t want & told them this, the pressure came from the 2 men (I’m a woman), they said the ends were thin so needed a trim for the plaits to hold, I said I only had a trim 2days ago, they kept on and said they only take a little bit which cost €25 but didn’t tell me this price until the end. The final price when I went to pay was €85!!!!, I was on my own this time and had an appointment to make in town with the tattooist they recommended and arranged for me to attend an appointment-(story to come!). I challenged the hair price, they’re challenged me and argued that was the price quoted!, I had to go so said I’ll give you €80 because you know I have an appointment now, they took €80!! Next day i walked past the hairdresser advertising next to the pool, he asked to see my tattoo, I explained he over charged me, and my mother confirmed he charged me for 4 plaits, he said no he didn’t and it was the price I paid as I had a haircut and keratin treatment and it’s €50 for 2 plaits! I explained several times this is wrong, he’s deceiving me,and what he quoted me, €35 which turned into €80! 😡, he wouldn’t have it so I walked away, the plaits lasted not even a day 😞! .. While at the booking of the hair appointment, they told me they also recommended a tattoo place - (Cleopatra Ink Belek), and could arrange a tattoo for me, we (me & the male receptionist at the hair salon) arranged the design with them and the price of €80 (i startedi would pay no more than this!). I had my tattoo after the conflict in the hair salon, went to pay for my tattoo and the price went upto €100!🤬! They got really intimidating and confrontational when I started we agreed on €80, it worries me alot as I had my son with me and they got rowdy with him, we were very concerned and uncomfortable, scared and aware something bad could happen😢. eventually after about half an hour they rang the salon argued with them and let me go after paying €80!! Apart from this the hotel was lovely apart from the balcony and outside table weren’t ever cleaned. Looks like mouse droppings all over it, the food was lovely, beach umbrellas don’t have secure pins in so blew out of the stand and could have easily seriously harmed someone especially children or the elderly or disabled, my mother had millions of ants in her room, along with a few cockroaches and I had one cockroach in bedroom and a few ants I had to destroy on the balcony
