"} Around three years ago, I stayed at this hotel and at that time I would honestly rate it 10/10 in every aspect — management, service, food quality, activities, cleanliness, organization, and even the reservation process. My previous experience was so exceptional that this time I recommended the hotel to a group of 11 people and decided to return. Unfortunately, this visit was completely different and deeply disappointing. The problems started from the reservation process itself. The number listed on the hotel website redirected us to their own call center, but unfortunately the support and communication were extremely poor. In the end, my reservation issue was only solved through a Guest Relations manager whose contact I already had from my previous stay. From the very first day, the decline in quality was obvious. The activities, food, cleanliness, service, and overall atmosphere were nowhere near the standards of a 5-star hotel. I discussed my concerns with a Guest Relations staff member during the first days of my stay, and after a long conversation, I was promised that things would improve during my 12-day stay. Sadly, nothing really changed, and I only received empty promises throughout the trip. The cleanliness was especially unacceptable. Many times the room was not cleaned properly, and even after housekeeping, dirty tissues, used glasses, and empty bottles remained in the room for several days. I repeatedly had to complain about housekeeping issues until eventually I became tired of constantly reminding the staff. I even have photos and videos documenting the condition of the room. Some experiences with the bar staff were also very unprofessional. On multiple occasions, personal and religious discussions were brought up regarding alcoholic drinks, and one staff member even refused to serve a drink, forcing me once again to contact Guest Relations to resolve the situation. The food quality and restaurant service were also far below 5-star standards. The food selection, quality, and even the fruits were extremely average and disappointing. On my last day, after all the negative experiences I had during this stay, I made one simple request for a few extra hours of late check-out because my flight was later in the day. Although I understood that the official check-out time is 12 PM, I expected at least a small gesture of customer care considering everything that had happened. Unfortunately, the request was completely rejected without any effort to help. Another very important issue was the “free transfer” offer promised during the reservation process. We were clearly told that free transfer was included, and no conditions or airport limitations were explained at the time of booking. However, later we were informed that because one of our flights was from Alanya Airport instead of Antalya Airport, the transfer would not be included. In the end, we had to pay an additional €160 for transportation. What made this situation even more frustrating was the hotel’s response afterward. When I followed up about the transfer issue, the hotel staff told me that it was “not their responsibility” and that it was related to the call center and reservation department. However, the same call center and reservation system are directly connected to and promoted through the hotel’s official website. In my opinion, this explanation was completely unacceptable and felt more like an attempt to avoid responsibility instead of actually resolving the guest’s problem. It honestly felt like every department was simply trying to push the issue away instead of taking ownership and helping the customer. To make things worse, during the first days of the issue, we were even told that the hotel management would try to solve the problem because of the misunderstanding, but once again, nothing was actually done. Sadly, I must say that this hotel no longer reflects the excellent experience I had years ago. I am sharing this feedback so that future guests do not choose this hotel solely based on its old reputation or previous positive experiences. I also did not remove my previous feedback despite being asked indirectly, because I do not want other guests to experience the same disappointment I had. Unfortunately, I can no longer recommend this hotel to anyone.
Upon arrival, we were impressed by the pleasant scent in the reception area and the cleanliness all around. We often travel to Turkey as a family of four, and not once had a room properly prepared for four people when booking a standard room. But this time, the beds were already made for four guests, so we truly felt welcome. The food was really delicious. Perhaps there could have been a slightly wider variety of seafood and fruits, but we all definitely found plenty to eat. The evening programs were very good, and the entertainment team did an excellent job — during the day they approached us several times to invite us to activities. The cocktails were not particularly tasty, but there was Aperol and Prosecco, so we were happy with that. I’m giving 4 stars only because the only downside was that the staff working at the bars were very rude. There were also always very long queues. The water park was excellent, although there were not enough sun loungers in the sunny areas by the sea.
We had a really lovely stay at the hotel and honestly had such a good experience. The water park was big and brilliant, the food was great, and there were loads of sweets and snack options during the day. The hotel itself is huge, with plenty to do and lots of facilities. A special thank you to Nasim in Guest Relations, she was absolutely amazing, always so positive, friendly and genuinely helpful. My husband’s glasses got broken and she kindly helped us get them fixed, which we really appreciated. Also, any requests or issues we had were sorted very quickly. We really enjoyed our holiday and would happily recommend this hotel.
The resort has so much potential but it’s not a 5* resort. Not yet at least. The public areas are beautiful but the bedrooms are not the same standard. We arrived on an a cold winters night and they had not blankets or duvets in the rooms. One person in our party got given a duvet and the rest of us received more sheets to use as blankets. One of my friends described the hotel as having a 5* exterior and a 2/3* interior. It was clean, the staff members were nice (not the ones at reception) and there was lots to do. The food wasn’t great and we had some very questionable “cocktails” as most of the staff you could tell were not really trained. They all had a good attitude but were lacking in so many areas. The Resort is quite far out and you do have to drive through some very dark roads to get there which was scary for a few friends who arrived at night. Be aware especially if travelling solo. If you’re looking for a 5* resort in Antalya, this is NOT it. If you just want somewhere decent to stay while you’re away, this is good enough. I was disappointed because I expected more but that’s just me.
Amazing experience, the hotel has everything! Staff are so friendly and helpful. Food options are amazing as they have multiple restaurants. Honestly can’t fault the hotel in the slightest, can’t wait to come back!
