British Review. Stay here if you hate sleep, like mediocre food, love crowds at meal times and like queing. Example a 25 minute queue for a pancake at breakfast. The noise and amount of people at meal times is overwhelming. THIS IS A HUGE HOTEL so be prepared to walk good distances. Barely any sleep for the entire week. Our room at night was 26⁰c. The AC system was set to heating only. Which meant we had to leave the patio doors open. I'd say 60% if not more of the rooms back onto the road. The noise through the night is horrendous. Motorbikes, beeping taxis, shouting locals and the sound of suitcases dragged over the 2 bridges that connect rooms to main hotel that are finished with decking wood. If you have wooden decking at home drag your suitcase over it and thats what you have to look forward to at this hotel. Customer relations were useless. Offered no solution not even a fan. He was clearly used to this complaint as he speeled off a load of nonsense about the discussions management were having about the AC system. It wasn't broken by the way they had made the decision to set to heating only. MONEY SAVING!!!! We chose this hotel for the water park for our boy. Guess what they managed to make that a poor experience too. Timings at the pool are 10am to 12pm and 2pm to 5pm. Timings mean nothing they close before 4pm. So that means open for 4 hours a day. Creating more queing. The stairs to the slides are covered with wooden decking that quite frankly is dangerous. Exposed wood and screws that kids will cut their feet on. Rows and rows of sunbeds packed in like sardines. Ive never seen anything like it. Its a marvel really! There is another pool with 4 slides over the bridge from main hotel. 3 of the slides were closed 10am to 2pm and 2 slides closed from 2pm to 4pm. There isn't a bar there. So a 10 minute round trip for a plastic glass of coke that is smaller than 1/2 pint. I like walking easily got my 10000 steps in. The positive is there were probably 15 people around the pool. The beach area is also rows and rows of sunbeds all packed in. Spent 20 minutes here. Not for me. We bought ear plugs from the pharmacy and endured the mosquito bites at night. Made the most of this experience. The gym is ageing machines but it's not bad at all. We went at lunchtime and it was quiet. The coffee and cake area was good. The majority of the staff were good. At Dinner we found if you get there for opening time we could get a seat in the small outdoor seating area. We tipped one of the waiters as he was especially good. Served us drinks and very attentive. Youre not getting this in the rest of the restaurant as its just too big. Get to dinner 20 minutes later and you are fighting for somewhere to sit and scrumming at the hot plates. Positive from the holiday was that we were all very happy to go home 😂 Oh and the queing for some guests doesn't apply to them. Which is a great international experience. Because of the size of the hotel it just feels on another level. I write this review after a good night's sleep. Wont be returning!
Wonderful hotel as grand as a royal palace with wide well furnished foyer and a bar. Rooms are very nice spacious and well decorated with great terraces. Restaurants offer a vast range of food that aren't repetitive. Chinese restaurant is particularly good with very nice waiters. If you are looking for family holiday this is the place because children's entertainment is endless, they even have a PlayStation room. Gym and semi Olympic indoor pool are great to as well as outdoor pools and waterslides that have on sight lifeguards. Sea is easily accessible by a short walk although the hotel offers a bus to the beach. The guest relations team are professional and sort every issue one can have. The night adult entertainment could be a bit more imaginative especially in including Turkish national music and dances. The Irish pub waiters could be a bit more approachable and less rude, particularly Deniz and Demet who need classes on costumer relations.
Poor hotel food terrible and non premium drinks and poor entertainment... food quality was so poor...drinks all non branded..irish bar they couldnt wait to turn the lights on to complete the night..we had an italian al carte had to que up the day before at 7.30am..poor food terrible service......never again worse hotel in Belek.!!! warm pool x 1 was good....the other pool freezing....poor beach no pier...just very, very poor...never again!!!!
Don't think i would return came home with bedbugs which destroyed my first time in Turkey and my partners first time abroad, made us feel dirty
Waterslides were fantastic, good selection of food and drinks and very enjoyable family holiday. Plenty of entertainment for kids
