If you are thinking of booking, do it! Currently here as a family of 4. (8 months and 3 years). No matter the age of your child, they couldn’t possibly be bored. Kids clubs all day, outdoor play park, fun fair every night, games room, bowling, cinema, slides, activities all day everyday - all free! You will never go hungry. During lunch there are around 8 different areas serving all types of hot food. No matter what you like, you’ll find something. Treats - all day long! When sitting around the pool, you won’t go 10 minutes without one of the roller skaters or staff on an electric scooter asking if you want a drink or ice cream. However, there are drinks fridges everywhere to help yourself to cans and bottles of water all day as you please. Same with ice creams. Photographer always walking around asking if you want to book a sunset photoshoot - shoot is free, €10 a photo to be printed. Sometimes a pirate walking around with a parrot to take a photo. Separate large adult pools. Main pool where all the activities take place is the one with the volleyball net and cabanas around the edges. Candyland every Thursday - 3pm Pool party with foam every Wednesday - 3pm Swings for a picture moment near the adults pool and on the beach. Shops in the hotel for essentials - very expensive. £4.50 for a pack of baby wipes. (Handy if urgent) Pool says no towels before 8.30, but everyone does so be ready to get up early if you want the perfect spot. Hotel offers a daily coach for free to Antalya old town. Must be booked. 20 minute journey. Leaves at 9.30, returns at 2. Walk from the coach stop to the old town is 15 minutes. Put the marina into google maps to find it. Restaurant - you can easily spend 20 minutes walking around the thousands of options before you decide what you want. Wonderful choices. As you enter at both ends there are fridges (baby corner). Yoghurts, baby food in jars, flavoured milk cartons and juice cartons. Blenders, microwave, baby rusks, hot milk. The cleaning staff couldn’t be more efficient around the entire hotel. If something is dropped, within seconds they are there and it’s sorted. Rooms - we were in a standard sea view room overlooking titanic hotel. Queen bed, single, cot and sofa area. At night the party noise is very loud, but we think it’s actually coming from the titanic and not this hotel. (Room 1308) Mini disco every night is great, but not your normal European holiday songs us brits would know. The little red bus that goes around the hotel I think is 2pm-10pm everyday. 4 years and over (ours is 3 and got on). No adults allowed. Seat belts, 20 minute journey. We went to land of legends. Booked taxi from reception 3200TL for a return (£50). 30 minute journey, well worth it for the free nighttime atmosphere. Very expensive like Disney vibes. This hotel well and truly is a resort. You couldn’t spend money if you tried. Walks are amazing and never ending. They have thought of EVERYTHING. We travelled with a double buggy and the only time we got stuck is getting into the room, doesn’t fit through the door (understandably) and also as you leave the hotel to get to the strip, there is a bollard on the bridge which we had to lift the pram over. Hopefully that covers everything that is useful to know before you arrive. By far the best place we have ever stays and we will 100% be back!!
perfect hotel, food cleanliness and everything is very good, love this hotel since 15 years+
Just the best hotel. Service and pools excellent.
If I could give 0* I would. This is NOT a 5* hotel in any way, especially if you have been to actual 5* hotels, this does not compare. Buffet food just a load of different slop every day, bland and never appetising, à la carte need to be queuing every morning in reception for over an hour to book. No sunbeds after 10 unless you go to adult pool. Kids pool area and splash pad so over crowded and beds are reserved early. Neighbours in next room screaming shouting til 2am drunk and in their own words 'off their faces'. Complain to reception and security as the use of the c**t word continuously infront of kids and acting aggressively in my world is unacceptable but they do nothing. Music from titanic hotel if you are in D block WILL keep your kids awake til the early hours of the morning even if you aren't next to noisy Brit neighbours from hell. Staff are rude, push in and want to use lifts before guests and won't wait. It's not worth the money, if you enjoy nice food, chilled holiday environment and sleeping at night - go elsewhere
I had a really enjoyable experience. I had lots of fun as did my children Especially the lunapark. Very nice addition that made sure the kids got all the experiences they could get from the holiday. Just a shame we weren't here longer. A week minimum is a must!
