Delphin Be Resort Lara

We have just spent a fantastic holiday at Delphin Be Grand as a group of 15 and we have all had a brilliant time. The hotel is absolutely massive but strangely never really feels packed. We always managed to get sunbeds and never had a problem getting somewhere for all 15 of us to sit and eat together. I have to mention the sunbed situation because I loved this 😂 If people put towels and belongings on sunbeds early to reserve them, the hotel staff remove them at 8am. Watching people come back looking for their stuff was quite entertaining 😂 I wish more hotels did it. The food was really good with loads of choice and the hotel is constantly being cleaned. The pool waiter service was excellent too. Some of them are flying around on roller skates all day bringing drinks and they really do work hard. We tipped regularly and it was always really appreciated. We were there for our triplets’ 14th birthday and the hotel made it special for them. We paid a small amount to have their room decorated and they also had balloons at dinner which was a lovely touch. The Irish Bar being open all night is brilliant. You can still get food and drinks in the middle of the night and basically carry on until breakfast if you really want to 😂 The entertainment was probably the only thing that wasn’t really for us. There was plenty going on but some of the music sounded like it was being played on speed 😂 A bit more aimed at the English guests would have been nice, but that is obviously just our personal preference. I really want to give a special mention to Ramazan, who was cleaning around our area by the pool. What an absolute credit he is to the hotel. He literally never stopped, was always smiling and kept the area spotless. There were 15 of us and we all noticed how hard he worked. We tipped him and I also went to Guest Relations specifically to tell them how impressed we were. What probably says it all is that when Ramazan had his day off, we actually noticed he wasn’t there. He told us he might not be there next year which would be a shame. I genuinely hope the management recognise and look after staff like him because they are a big part of what makes people want to return. Overall we have had a fantastic holiday. Delphin Be Grand definitely gave us the five star experience we were hoping for and, as a family group of 15, we would absolutely come back. A brilliant hotel, brilliant staff and a brilliant family holiday.

Nice place to go with family. Very warm water in all pools, good food, drinks from imported alcohols.

The hotel is very beautiful. Rooms are not soo big but are clean. The hotel has more pools for adult, children ,only adults.

This place is good and relax and breakfast is delicious

This was our second trip to this hotel having also stayed the year before. We returned because of having such a good experience last year and the fact it has a large number of slides which our 9 and 12 year old love. It was another brilliant experience again this year. Our kids particular enjoyed it due to the activities run by Billy and Sasha such as darts, pool games and football as well as the evening teenage club. They were great with the kids and made the holiday so much more fun for them. We would definitely visit again.
