Delphin Imperial

I had to reluctantly give 3 stars due to my reasons below. This hotel’s reception is lovely and very sparkly. On arrival you receive a glass of fizz. Don’t get excited it’s dreadful. Asked if we wanted to upgrade which we decided to do so. Don’t get excited nothing special just a bigger room where IMO needed refurbing. The mirrors must have had some water damage due to the steam in the room (no fan). Generally needed some tlc. The cleaner however did a fabulous job. The pool area - sunbeds everyone’s nightmare and this was the same. People reserving them then failing to turn up mid afternoon. Pool area was kept clean at all times and the guys on skates worked endlessly. The bars were great especially the Camelot bar. Nothing was too much trouble. We also enjoyed the pier. Again staff were fab. No my real issue. The food! This hotel is massive with lots of guests. Which affected the food as they seem to cater on mass and not quality for a 5 star. I really struggled and I’m not a fussy eater. The Mexican al la carte was okay but the food is just about warm. The Italian was awful. Maybe we chose wrong but we couldn’t finish it. All the hotel seems to be fast food and if that’s what you like then this is the place. Sorry but will not return. Didn’t meet our expectations sadly

We had a wonderful stay at Delphin Imperial Lara! The hotel is beautiful, very clean, and offers excellent facilities for both families and couples. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. Danke Violeta. The food was outstanding, with a huge variety of fresh and delicious options every day. The pools, beach, and entertainment were all fantastic, making it easy to relax and enjoy every moment of our holiday. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and kept spotless throughout our stay. Overall, Delphin Imperial Lara exceeded our expectations, and we would happily return. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and enjoyable vacation in Antalya!

This is my 7th time in this hotel and still perfect!Food,drinks etc.
