Lovely hotel The food was not to our liking but only went for 🦷 The hotel made our stay more comfortable

Beautiful hotel. Stunning inside, definitely worth their 5* rating. Staff are so helpful and polite, can't do enough for you. The room was superb we had one with a balcony. Spacious, clean. The bed was made up every day and the towels changed. The buffet was out of this world, various types of food from all countries. The staff are always cleaning, attending to your every need. We went all inclusive and I mean it was all inclusive from drinks to food and they had a chocolate and patisserie area that you can use too all included. There was entertainment but to be honest we didn't go our personal choice, as we had been out on day trips we were tired. We were quite happy to retire to our room. There were A-la-carte restaurants from different corners of the world that were all included but you do need to book the day before. Drinks are the only thing in those that is extra. Which is fair enough. We did the mexican for my husband's birthday, they made the table up differently to every other one which was so lovely. They also delivered to our room a bottle of bubbly and Turkish delight and macrons. Completely unexpected. Such a nice touch. The only thing I will say and this was reported to the hotel, this isn't a direct reflection on the hotel at all but we had a meeting with the hotel rep the day after we arrived or so we thought. It was actually not our designated rep which we weren't aware of and we booked 3 trips through this person and paid. Our designated rep contacted us about an hour after we had seen this other person. We are currently trying to get our money back through my bank. I believe this person does book trips, but basically touted our business without us being aware he wasn't from our hotel. The hotel after being told did tell us they can't stop people coming in and doing this. My advice would be that a proper hotel rep doesn't have your phone number only your room number and should only contact you from the hotel reception initially and they are a member of BSR and should have a board on a desk.

I would like to start a review by saying I’m not a person who shares his experience very often. Me and my wife of 20 years travel a lot. By a lot I mean we usually go abroad on holidays 5-6 times a year. We had great experiences. We also had some not so good. But 8 days in Delphin Imperial was the best!!! It was beyond our expectations. It will be very difficult to match service, food, beverages, facilities of Delphin. What makes our travelling in future very difficult 😂 Thank you very much Team Delphin 🙌

My stay at Delphin Imperial was truly special and deeply meaningful. I arrived exhausted after a very intense period of work, and this holiday turned out to be exactly what I didn’t even know I needed. From the peaceful sunrises over the sea to the calming atmosphere throughout the hotel, everything helped me slow down and reconnect with myself. I would especially like to mention the Guest Relations team — Venera and Violeta. They were incredibly attentive and caring, regularly checking if everything was alright and making sure I felt comfortable. Their warmth and professionalism made a real difference and added a very personal touch to my stay. I was traveling solo, and I want to highlight how safe and comfortable I felt throughout my entire stay. The hotel environment felt secure, respectful, and well-managed, which is very important when traveling alone. I truly appreciated that sense of peace of mind. The spa experience was wonderful — the hammam and Balinese massage were deeply relaxing and helped me fully unwind. Housekeeping was also thoughtful and consistent, and the staff overall were kind and welcoming. What I will remember most is not just the facilities, but the feeling of light, calm, and care that I experienced here. This place gave me more than a holiday — it gave me space to breathe. Thank you for everything.

This is our last day here. Absolute amazing and a pleasure to stay at this fabulous hotel. Very modern with stunning rooms, 1st Class food & Service. We are so sad to be leaving. I've stayed in a lot of amazing hotes in Turkey 🇹🇷. But the Delphin Imperial beats them all. Thank you for a fantastic holiday experience.
