This is the second stay in this hotel. We came last year with our grandchildren. This time we brought my wife's mum who is 83 and in a wheelchair. The hotel caters for people with disabilities in every way possible. The restaurant manager (Mohammed) in the over 15's area took care of all our needs. Every staff member had a smile on their face and looked like they enjoyed their job. The food is plentiful, you could eat for 10 days and not have the same food twice. The room was spacious with a great view Ideal for mum to sit people watching in the evening. If you want to relax or have a lively day there is a spot for you. Take a walk to the pier and have a relaxing drink or join in with the games being played around the hotel. I'm already looking forward to a return visit.

Amazing service and hospitality. Staff cannot do enough for you to enjoy your stay. Excellent facilities for kids, mine are 2 & 5 and was always busy. Guest relations have been very helpful with all questions
