Delphin Imperial

Week long stay with family. It was an absolutely wonderful stay. The food was delicious with a wide variety of food choice at any time of the day. The staff were always happy to help with no request too big. They were very attentive to us and so friendly with the children. We had an issue with the shower on the first day and it was replaced immediately. There was a wide variety of evening entertainment with something for everyone. I would highly recommend a stay here

We stayed at the hotel for 10 days, and everything was just perfect from start to finish. The food, ambience and staff were 10/10!! I like that guests can use the weighing scale in the basement for their luggage. We stayed on the 9th floor, and the views were incredible!! Hope to go back next year!!

Returned to the Delphin in March with my husband, daughter, son in law and five year old grandson. The hotel was as amazing as our last stay. Our side sea view room was spacious and had a lovely view of the pool and sea. We went to the beach bar each morning after breakfast and had an iced latte with baileys (proper Baileys). The heated pool was lovely and the waiters on roller-skates looked after us supplying all our drinks with a smile. The coffee shop was as fabulous as I remembered with lovely cakes and pastries and the chocolate shop was lovely for a treat later in the afternoon. All the meals were very good, couldn’t find any fault with the food at all. We’ll definitely be returning next year. The staff work very hard and always have a smile on their faces.

This is an absolutely amazing hotel. The staff are so polite and can’t do enough for you. There are pool staff on roller skates that get you drinks at all times of the day. Although there are fridges stacked full of premium beers, Pepsi etc. Same for ice creams, kids (adults) can just help them selves to cornettos, twisters etc. There are so many food stations, bars… and all the staff are so helpful. Entertainment is very good. We have slides on site and an entrance to an even bigger water park. Everywhere is spotless and clean. Even the pool toilets are kept to a high standard. Can’t fault this hotel… we will be back. Guest relations especially Ilhan, Kezia and Aubrey
