Dobedan Exclusive Hotel & Spa

Just returned and what an amazing hotel. Dont even know where to start, the hotel carries a very classy look, the swimming pools are great. The food was outstanding and the staff was amazing!! The hotel has everything you need from a cinema, bowling alley, pools, day and night time entertainment, shops and a decent spa area. We went as a couple over the Christmas period and will be looking to head back next year. The hotel was perfect for what we wanted. Many verities of food, so many different cocktails, and really good ones at that. The gym is great. Everything you need. Night entertainment is decent with either karaoke or disco, even a pianist late afternoon. Cafe for your morning coffee, that actually use starbucks machines and great little bars pastries cafe. Shops within 2 minutes walking distance if you want to get out and do some shopping. Honestly couldnt ask for a better hotel for our break. Had one situation regarding needing another room due to additional personnel and the manager done everything possible to help us, and sorted it within 5 minutes.

We are here as an international couple. And everything was really unbelievable good. Basically we should thanks to all of animation team and the guest relations Hülya and Ceren and specially Thanks to Mr. Ramazan who works at the spa. As I said it was wonderful vocation we’ve had. We stayed at Dobedan Exclusive Hotel Belek in the first half of October for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied overall. The staff was helpful, though communicating in English was sometimes hard. We liked the WELLNESS area the most, the JASMIN SPA and Wellness. The representative at the DELUXE PART was Nana, she was very helpful, friendly and kind, she speaks English well, and she answered all our questions and recommended us great services especially massage options. She was very professional!We both had several appointments and had the same persons providing the massages. They were Sayu and Chinarra. Both were professional and nice. Another member of the staff I’d like to mention is Melike as she served us several times at the pool and she was very kind and knew our additional requests (for example the extra ice) and was well prepared after the first time so we do not need to ask for these things as she provided them for us when she was in charge. The only downside of our stay was about meals. The breakfast, the fruits, salads, creams , cold plates and the cakes and sweets were DELICIOUS , but unfortunately soups, the main courses, freshly grilled things were tasteless, chewy or overcooked for our taste and expectations. The thinly sliced ​​Wellington tenderloin was almost impossible to chew. We could barely unpack the crab from its shell, it fell apart in our hands, we really felt sorry for these noble ingredients. The boss of the deluxe restaurant didn’t come to our table during our 2 weeks stay, though visited most other tables , this made us also disappointed .. !

The hotel was beautiful with impressive chandeliers and classic furnishings throughout. Staff were helpful, polite and professional. Rooms were cleaned regularly and efficiently. The service overall was excellent. The hotel has its own beach where sunbeds are laid out under shade. There are spa facilities offering authentic Turkish treatments. The only reason I didn’t give the top rating was because as a non smoker I had to change rooms because the smoke from other guests smoking on their balconies seeped into my room. Without the smoking issue this would have been one of my favourite hotels. It would be better if bedrooms for smokers and non smokers were located in different parts of the hotel

So, just back again from my 2nd home, the amazing (now under new Branding) Dobedan Exclusive Hotel, my 8th Year at this wonderful place and it never disappoints. I am lucky enough to know the staff as friends now and they treat me as family too, big shout out to Levent & Saban my dearest friends along with Liubov & Haci Mustafa from the front desk, my wonderful barman, Memet from the Pool Bar who always looks after me and so many others too, being English and I travel alone sometimes, I always feel safe and all the staff do so much to engage with me as their guests are usually Russian but that does not affect my stay at all, in fact it is lovely to have the peace and tranquillity to do what you want undisturbed by other English guests if you like your own company. I have also taken 14 friends and they have all said the same, along with having two birthdays here and bringing all my family, they all love this hotel too. I have an affinity with this hotel, I have been to many hotels in Belek and Antalya but I always will come back to Dobedan as the best hotel i've ever stayed in. Having it's own beach and Pier, with bars on both, an Arena that's the size of the O2 for entertainment, Restaurants and 7 a-la-carte that are all serving simply delicious foods, rooms that are spotlessly clean and very wow, don't take my word for it, just go and see for yourself.
