Dobedan Exclusive Hotel & Spa

The vacation left a very positive overall impression. The hotel itself is not new, and it clearly shows. Some of the buildings are in need of renovation. We were given a family (quadruple) room in the main building. The room was simple and minimalist, furnished with an extra sofa bed and a children's bunk bed. Housekeeping was only average, even when we left tips. The minibar in the room (cola, Fanta, beer, milk, ayran, sparkling and still water, and a chocolate bar) was replenished daily. Food, ice cream, and drinks were available 24 hours a day. The food was delicious and varied everywhere, and the desserts were outstanding (even though I am not usually a dessert lover). Both local and imported drinks were available, and they made genuinely tasty cocktails. At the beach bar (during the disco), it was better to keep an eye on what was being poured into your glass, as when ordering through a waiter, we sometimes received something completely different from what we had requested (apparently, they try to save the better drinks in the evenings). About 95% of the staff were very friendly and helpful (especially the guys on roller skates), and thanks to them we were able to enjoy a wonderful vacation. The staff consisted mainly of Russians and Turks. They worked like bees, constantly cleaning and maintaining the grounds. Everything was spotless, which was very pleasing. The staff usually approached guests in Russian first, but they also understood English. This did not bother me at all; it gave me an opportunity to practice both my Russian and Turkish. About 90% of the hotel guests were Russian, while the remaining 10% were Turks, Lithuanians, Latvians, Estonians, Belarusians, and Poles. All the guests were very well-mannered. I did not see any rowdy partygoers; after the evening entertainment, almost everyone headed back to their rooms, and only a few people remained in the bars. Even they behaved respectfully. Most visitors were families with young children. There was activity around the pools throughout the day (pool sports, water polo, games, and the hotel dance). The evening show started at 9:30 PM in the arena, followed by a disco at the beach bar at 10:30 PM, along with either a concert or karaoke at the poolside bar. The beach included an adults-only (16+) area as well as a large section for guests with children. The shoreline was pebbly, so we had to buy water shoes. There were sun mattresses on the pier, and there was also a bar there. There was a problem with sun loungers, as they were regularly reserved from early morning, even though only a minority of guests actually stayed by the pool. Whenever we wanted to spend time at the pool, we simply got up earlier. The surroundings made the biggest impression on us: beautifully maintained, green, full of blooming plants, and decorated with numerous statues. There is hardly any need to mention the main fountain—it speaks for itself. Overall, the positives far outweighed the minor negatives, and we had a truly relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ (3/5) We stayed at Dobedan Exclusive Hotel in Belek for 10 nights from 26th May 2026. The hotel itself is undeniably beautiful, with impressive facilities, well-maintained grounds, multiple swimming pools, water slides, and a wide range of activities available throughout the day. The pools were undoubtedly the highlight of our stay, and our family particularly enjoyed the archery, beach volleyball, water slides, and an excellent hoverboard show. We also appreciated the honeymoon welcome gifts, which were a thoughtful touch. Unfortunately, there were several aspects of our stay that fell short of expectations for a luxury 5-star resort. From arrival, there was a noticeable lack of English-speaking staff. While many staff members spoke Russian, German, and other languages, communication in English was often difficult. We received very little information about the hotel's facilities, restaurant times, entertainment schedule, or available services. Apart from a luggage porter pointing us towards general locations, there was very little orientation provided. It quickly became apparent that the hotel is heavily focused on Russian tourism. During our stay, approximately 95% of guests appeared to be Russian. While this is not an issue in itself, it often felt as though the hotel experience, entertainment, food offerings, and communication were designed primarily with Russian guests in mind. As visitors from the UK, we frequently felt overlooked and found both some staff and fellow guests to be unfriendly and, at times, quite rude. The food was plentiful and of good quality, but after five or six days it became quite repetitive. Unless you choose to pay extra for one of the excellent à la carte restaurants, meals can start to feel like a continuous buffet cycle, with much of the cuisine catering towards Russian tastes. Our room was clean and tidy, but it did not feel like the luxury 5-star accommodation advertised. We were located beside a cleaning staff access area, which became noisy from around 7-8am each morning, and the fridge in the room was extremely loud throughout the night. The evening entertainment was generally well presented, but again seemed geared towards the majority of guests, with very limited information available in English, making some events difficult to follow or fully enjoy. Overall, we had an enjoyable enough holiday thanks to the excellent pools, activities, and attractive surroundings. However, due to the lack of English-speaking support, repetitive dining experience, and the overall atmosphere, we would not return to this hotel and would be unlikely to choose this area again. There is certainly potential for a fantastic holiday here, but we felt the hotel could do much more to cater for international guests beyond its primary customer base.

We’ve been at Dobedan for one week and we really like this place. We came here with our families for two weeks. We’ll probably come back again at the end of this season. We had a great time with the sports activities and joined almost every activity. Thank you very much to all of you.😇❣️❣️❣️❣️

I want to express my admiration for every single employee of this hotel!!! Coming back here is a true pleasure!!! You feel like you're coming home! 🫶 I want to express my huge gratitude to the waiter Mert. This guy is just incredible: he's always on rollerblades, yet he manages to do everything, everywhere. He is incredibly caring and attentive to absolutely every guest — I haven't seen this level of service for a long time. It seems like he never stands still for a second, but at the same time, he always notices in time what someone needs. My sincere admiration for his work! Please pass on my thanks to him and make sure to highlight him to the management. An employee like him is a true gem for the hotel.

Fantastic Stay at Dobedan Belek – Spa Heaven! We spent a week at Dobedan Belek and it exceeded every expectation. The beachfront location is stunning, with pristine sands and calm turquoise waters right at your doorstep. Rooms are spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with balconies offering sea views that make waking up feel like a dream. But the real star? The spa. It's an absolute oasis! The Turkish hammam was pure bliss – steamy, aromatic, and perfectly relaxing after a day in the sun. We indulged in a couples' massage with skilled therapists using organic oils; it melted away all tension. The sauna, indoor pool, and jacuzzi are top-notch, and they offer unique treatments like aloe vera wraps and salt scrubs tailored for sun-kissed skin. Everything felt luxurious yet authentic, with friendly staff who personalized our sessions. We left feeling rejuvenated – easily one of the best spas we've experienced in Turkey. Food was diverse with excellent all-inclusive options, from fresh seafood to themed nights, and the animation team kept evenings lively without being pushy. Staff across the board were warm and attentive. Highly recommend for couples or families seeking relaxation and luxury! 5/5 stars
