DOUBLETREE by Hilton Antalya Kemer

This was our second stay at this hotel—our second year in a row. This year, coming back felt like coming home. Everything was familiar and just as we remembered it. What made this visit even more special was the closer connection we built with your staff. Our warmest regards to the yoga instructor, Singül, to the two lovely girls who hosted the darts tournaments and Guest Relations Assistants, Amina and Zhazira :) Thank you for the birthday wishes and for such a warm welcome. We truly appreciated your hospitality and hope to come back again in the future. ;)

Came here with my husband for our honeymoon. Had just been married two days prior. We mentioned it to the welcome host on the way in and were immediately treated different as if we were under investigation. They asked for proof so that we could get extras so I thought oh ok fair enough. Showed them pictures of the day time stamped emails from suppliers and emails from the registers confirming the date. All that wasn’t enough. 5 separate times we kept being asked for the marriage certificate. Each time we explained we didn’t have it yet as it was in the post and it’s illegal to take pictures of signing it at the ceremony in the uk. Honestly wasn’t even worth the extras just thought I was being called a liar when we had plenty of evidence to show we had just married. In the end they said they would let us off and accept we were on our honeymoon. Was waiting to see the insane extras that must come with the interrogation. Breakfast in bed a few balloons in a room and a free photo. Also you get to eat somewhere that’s the not the main restraunt for one night. I was appalled that our honeymoons bubble had been popped for this? And had I known the interrogation that would I followed I’d have kept the honeymoon information to myself. Wrote a complaint to you personally with promises of hearing back in three days. That was the 12th of July. We are now on the 24th of July. Deeply unhappy.

Had a great week stay here with my family and 7 yr old we have all been treated so well. The slides are fantastic for my son and he spend all day on them.food staff and hygiene are very good. Hopefully we will be returning next year Metehan from Georges pub is fantastic and lidya from guest relations can help you with whatever you need she is fab.

10/10 – Unforgettable stay at DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer! We stayed at the resort from June 28th to July 12th and had an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! Everything exceeded our expectations — from the warm welcome at check-in with the signature DoubleTree cookies, to the spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms, and the beautifully maintained pool and pier areas. The food was top-tier with great variety every single day, and the overall atmosphere in the bars during the football matches was unmatched. We also loved grabbing delicious ice cream every day on our way back to the room — a fantastic daily treat! What truly set this holiday apart was the exceptional staff: Irem, Merve, and the rest of the restaurant team for their incredible warmth, hospitality, and top-notch service every single day. The wonderful lady serving us down at the pier/deck every day — your attention and care made our relaxation time perfect! The awesome team on rollerblades who always brought great energy, big smiles, and super quick service whenever we needed anything. We were satisfied with every single aspect of our stay — a true 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you to the entire management and team at DoubleTree by Hilton Kemer for an unforgettable two weeks. We will definitely be returning!
