Hotel is in good area not so far from center..mountain around hotel make this place magic....lobby is just beautiful and staff welcome us from first step....we was feeling very comfortable and treating so well since day one..rooms are big enough and they are very clean and you find everything what you need in..mini fridge topped up every day,kettle and some coffe and tea are also provided on rooms..where to start with food? DELICIOUS everything fresh and so many options every day ...lots of deserts,salads,soups,pastries....enterteimant was perfect we find something every night..Ibiza bar,live DJ every night next to the beach we cant ask for more! Special THANKS to all staff who was taking amazing care about us,we was feeling like a queens!they was smiling every day and welcome us with big smile!huge THANK YOU to manager Sezai,Mehmed from shisha bar,Serhat and Eren for amazing drinks (tequila boom boom 😅)we really enjoy our holidays and we are looking forward to see you all soon...

Very disappointing end to what had been a wonderful girls’ holiday celebrating friendship and our 60th birthdays. Upon arrival, everything was welcoming, well-organised, and we were looking forward to our stay. We had booked two à la carte restaurants during our holiday, the Turkish restaurant and the fish restaurant, both of which incurred an additional charge. Prior to our reservation, we were asked to change one of our bookings, which we accommodated without issue. On the day of the meal, I received a message at 7:30 pm asking where we were. I replied that our reservation was for 8:00 pm. When we arrived, our food had already been placed on the table and left uncovered. No wine was offered, and there was no live music as advertised. We were seated at a very low table with stools on a sandy floor, which was particularly unsuitable as one member of our group has knee problems. The food service continued at an uncomfortably fast pace. By the time the main course was due, we requested a break before the next course was served. When the food eventually arrived, it was cold. At that point, we decided to leave the restaurant. The following day, we raised our concerns with the à la carte restaurant manager, who came to speak with us at our beach beds. He assured us the matter would be resolved. We also reported the issue to Guest Services when they approached us, and again we were assured it would be sorted out. We also cancelled our next à la carte due to our previous experience As we were due to leave early on Sunday morning, we completed a partial check-out at approximately 11:15 pm on Saturday. At that point, I was presented with a bill for £80 relating to the restaurant charge. Guest Relations informed us that we were required to pay the bill. We spent over an hour discussing the matter, until around 12:40 am, and were repeatedly told that because we had not reported the issue directly to reception on the night, nothing could be done. We were further informed that if the bill was not paid, security would not allow me to leave the resort. Being made to feel like a criminal over a complaint that had already been reported to both the restaurant manager and Guest Services was completely unacceptable. For a hotel group of this size and reputation, this experience was unbelievable. It completely ruined our final evening and left a very negative impression. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this hotel and would not consider returning in the future.

As soon as we entered the hotel we were greeted by a member of staff to check in, we were given drinks and a cookie we were sat in a cosy corner of the foyer, it was the best check-in we've ever had. Our room had everything we required, it was immaculately clean, plenty of storage and the bed was so comfortable, the bathroom contained everything we needed toiletry wise, they even sent us up some toothbrushes and toothpaste (I had forgotten to pack them). We only had one night's disturbed sleep that was caused by a noisy neighbour which was sorted within 10 minutes. Every where we went in the hotel was spotless. The food was amazing there was plenty of choice and always something new to try, the food trucks are brilliant and the cocktails bar was my favourite place to end our evenings. Each and every one of staff in the hotel are 5 star they all to an amazing job of making your holiday special.
