The animation team in the hotel and also on the island made the holiday fantastic. Big shout out to smiler Reggie and koray on the animation team. The room cleaner nyla was fantastic also. Hotel has improved very much. But the island is a big win.

Lovely hotel with lots of entertainment. Good variety of food. The island is really good with lots going on. Drinks could maybe be better as only local beer, wine and spirits. Cocktails you can buy are very nice. Quiet pool for if you do not want to be near all of the entertainment all of the time. Excursions are amazing especially the jeep and boat trip!!

The staff here are extremely friendly and welcoming! The rooms are large and bright and very airy. There are a huge range of treatments available in the spa. The al carte options are very good - the steak is AMAZING and the meat option at the Mexican is strongly recommended. Many thanks to Hassan, Azat, Iremsu, Mustafa, Pilar, Yusef and Mustafa for a very enjoyable stay. Would definitely come back.

It was good very fun but not much to do round here

Brilliant hotel yet eftalia ocean is a lot better.the food was average and mostly cold and bland.the omelette lady made nice omelettes for breakfast.this hotel should not say it is all inclusive because you have to pay mostly everywhere.beer and wine free everywhere and a small choice of spirits in the lobby bar were free.till 11pm when the all inclusive ends and you have to go to the pool bar then for free beer and wine.also efes beer was on draught all day till 7pm then it changed to bottles with no glass offered.room was clean a little outdated .but the hotel and island are very good.bus outside to alanya 2euro one way.there was also a tip box in our room a bit cheeky.entertainment was brilliant on the island.just bear in mind if you want cocktails you will have to pay.there is 2 readymade ones free at the lobby bar.as soon as I got there we were offered a swim up room upgrade at over 280 pound which we declined.staff wasn't as friendly as anywhere else we have been in turkey and we have been to Turkey about 16 times.all in all ask about the extras you have to pay for
