it was very fun and all staff were kind it isnt all inclusive though
The Eftalia Marin Resort Hotel is located in the southern part of Turkey, close to the capital, and it is situated right on the beachfront. There are so many activities you can do there, such as relaxing by the pool, taking a walk to the shared area with the other hotels where you can find water slides and many more pools for both adults and children. You can also enjoy your vacation on the hotel's private beach or explor the nearby shops. I had an amazing time at the hotel and truly enjoyed my stay. There were plenty of different activities: through the day, and in the evenings there were shows, performances and bingo nights. However, if there is one thing that could be improved, would be the food. The variety was not very big, and the dishes were typical for Tukey, which might not appeal to all tourist. If you go to Alanya, you must stay in this hotel. There's a plenty to do, and it is perfect for families with children.
Had some work in the area and stayed here , it was ok , cannot say anything bad but certainly did not impress like some of the hotels in Turkey . Food was average often they had run out of fish , even though right near the sea !! Place was loud hard to find peaceful spot
İ had very full of excelent moment over there, starting from the staffs they were very hospital and Welcome to us, the foods are amaizing, recommandable.
This is a difficult review as my thoughts and opinions are a bit scattered but its honest. 1. location - its good its a short walk under an underpass for the water park. the water park is great , plenty of sun loungers and its right on the beach. the flumes run for a decent amount of time pre and post lunch. There are a multitude of shops and eateries along the aqua park some are included in the hotel and some are not. The hotel itself is situated a short walk from some shops for all your classic Turkish bargains lol 2.The room - we orig booked a room for 3 people and i read extensively online that when you arrive they will offer you an upgrade so don't bother paying the hefty premium to get a family room. This happened for us so we were place into a 2 bed 2 balcony accommodation for 50euro cash! we were last week of the the season. I cannot fault the room and its cleanliness and size and space. I loved the openness of the bathroom with separate shower and toilet so the family could all be using and have privacy. 3. All Inclusive - this is misleading! your buffet restaurant food is included and a choice of beer, or vodka (water) whiskey (coloured water) and get this NO DIET DRINKS! The selection of all inclusive drinks was poor to say the least. Food - Abysmal! Now we were there as i say last week of Oct so not too busy! the restaurant is large but at the beginning of the week it was hard to get seated and when we got seated we spent our time killing ants on the table. ALL the food is COLD! im not kidding u! for a complete week the food was cold! my daughter and i barely ate. we mainly ate the ice cream on the couple of occasions that it was included (the ice cream and cocktail bar outside by the pool is PAID) Getting into the buffet at the start is like the start of a park run where everyone wants take go first! and when they open the doors its a free for all pushing and shoving was terrible! i would hate to know what its like in the peak season! but as the food was cold we never bothered to head down as it started cold! 4. Types of guest - its a multi cultural - lots of German, Romanian, polish, few brits. So it can be loud and rowdy at night depending on where your room was. 5.Entertainment - hmmm each night in the pool bar area (where if you wanted a nice cocktail you had to pay extra) they had various entertainment - 1 particular night (our first) was a guy sat with a laptop blarring out music to the point the speakers were struggling and this went on and on - we closed the doors and they made no difference! had to call down and ask if this was normal as if it was we would need to move rooms/hotels! they told me not every night and will be done by midnight. They did turn it down a touch and trust me im not kidding - i have a teenager and even she said this was crazy loud and painful. 6. The staff - most were ok - pleasant. The bar staff were disinterested unless you were paying at the cocktail bar. The cleaning staff always topped up the mini fridge in the room - however they did enjoy smoking in their cleaning room on the same floor as our room so the corridor stunk of cigarette smoke all the time. 7. the pool - did not use it as it was freezing so chose to freeze sporadically in the water park as that was more manageable summary - we had a child place free with Jet2 so i was not to fussed with the bad points of this review as i was on holiday after all ad had a fun week in the water park and enjoyed some family time If i had paid full price in peak season i would not have been happy - hence a mixed review good points and bad points and i hope this helps.
