Really dont know where to start. Beautiful hotel but omg the food is absolutely disgusting. We are here just now . Everything brick hard and stone cold frozen. We are a group of 20 and kids and adults have been up a few nights being sick. Have complained but management just laugh. Spoke to hotel rep and he just said ( wait for it) oh might be just last nights food!!!! We have videos of food, ants crawing all over food and In glasses with drink. Paid a lot of money for 2 weeks and we are not even a week yet. Dreading the next week. Please DO NOT book this hotel. Room 2314

Really poor hotel food is below standard with ants everywhere food is cold and dangerously below temperature levels staff don’t seem to care and shrug it off when people are getting ill with it defo avoid this hotel

Anyone considering this hotel i would severely reconsider been here 6 days if the food isn't stone cold or burnt its covered in ants it's below safety standard in terms of temperature levels no wonder most guests are ill.. as a family of 20 here for our parents 60th birthdays and 40th wedding anniversary we decided to make our own minds up rather than believe the post we had previously seen regarding issues but I can honestly say they are far worse than people even stated this isn't even a 3 star hotel let alone a 5 star.. everything comes at an extra cost ..ice cream,cocktails,even the kids soft play on the island I would honestly say pay an extra few hundred and get to a decent hotel this one is a hell hole !!! Wont let me add a video of ants in the restaurant counter tops went for dinner 50mins after it opened told me they weren't making anymore of a certain dish even tho there was still 1.30mins of dinner left
