Ela Excellence Resort Belek

I have been to many hotel but this was one of the best and we were well looked after by the stay staff. We will be back year for sure . . Assistant team Mustafa and Tamarrra they are the best made us feel like we are family.

We stayed at ELA excellence. It was a trip to celebrate a special birthday for one of our brothers so we came as four brothers and wives. The level of service, the cleanliness of the hotel, the facilities, the food and the friendliness of the staff was beyond expectations. The best we have encountered anywhere. We will come again and recommend it to all.

Currently in hotel - Very honest opinion We’re currently day 4 into a 7 day holiday to Ela Excellence and thought I’d write the review now while everything was fresh in my memory to help any other family looking for a hotel in Turkey. We trawled the internet looking for a really good quality 5 star hotel, we really thought we’d found that with Ela Excellence but really gutted to say that’s not the case. It’s not a bad hotel, it’s nice .. however we feel it’s just missing so many things. Would put it at a 4 star. ROOMS We chose to pay extra for a duplex family room which includes an upstairs bedroom and bathroom. It’s lovely and spacious, full mini bar every day and the usual stocked amenities like shampoo conditioner and shower gel. Extra points for the bed guards and child gate on bottom of the stairs for our daughter. Negatives - no iron, only a steamer which was useless. Bed aren’t too comfy sadly. HOTEL Beautiful grounds, lovely little walkways to each area and many areas to explore. Loved the patisserie and coffee shop. Pools are lovely, Olympic pool and kids pool heated which is great. Negatives - MASSIVE lack of atmosphere, the hotel is busy but it’s genuinely LIFELESS .. really not enjoying this at all. Area around the kids pool was dirty which I was surprised at as the rest of hotel is spotless. FOOD Biggest downfall unfortunately. Really not enjoying the food at all. Very samey and repetative. Was excited to try all à la carte restaurants but was informed on all these ALL had a charge ranging from €10-€50 per person. Extremely disappointed in this, we’ve stayed in many hotels over the world and rarely have to pay for à la carte of hotel is 5 stars. Not even one meal included for a weeks stay. Spoke to ELA assistant regarding this who just showed my husband pictures of his meal at the à la carte to try and justify the price. Really didn’t appreciate this. Wouldn’t recommend if you like to try different places. KIDS CLUB Great facilities, lots of planned activities. Negatives - I wouldn’t leave my child there with staff as front entrance always open and I feared die to how busy it was that someone could get lost. Additional points Massive communication barrier, I’ve had to use google translate numerous times for simple things such as asking for coffee or apple juice. Staff friendly at management level but actually found lots of other staff quite unpleasant and not overly friendly. Which I’m saddened by. Not the 5 star luxury hotel we expected sadly. Physically pretty to look at but missing so much to get to 5 star level.

The kids play area is great, lots of toys, the staff was really.kind and gentle. There are a lot of activities for the kids. The à la carte food was very nice, la santé had very good atmosphere and very friendly helpful staff. Assistants were very helpful and fast. The SPA is fantastic, clean and always a lot of people there. I love the birds all around and the bird songs are a great way to wake up. Very ecofriendly. The outdoor pool for kids was very nice and fun. We will definitely recommend to other families.

I can highly recommend the hotel and its great service. Exceptionally good food.A very nice addition was the service of the consier Tamara and Mustafa.
