Thoroughly enjoyed our stay as a family of 5. The kids adventure playground area was really good. The team who assist and play with the kids are very friendly and accommodating.

This is the 2nd time we've visited, having had such a good time last time. The hotel is stunning, spotlessly clean and demonstrably well run. Nothing is too much trouble, the staff are super helpful, including Merve, our room well proportioned. The grounds are beautifully green and well tended. There's even a friendly tortoise and cat or two. The restaurants serve good food, though if you're not careful it will come out very fast! The beach is lovely and the Pier bar a great place to end the day.

I wanted to keep this review short and sweet, but it’s almost impossible to summarise our outstanding experience at this hotel in just a few words. The Ela Excellence Hotel exceeded ever one of our expectations in every possible way! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by a member of staff who made us feel incredibly welcome. A particularly thoughtful touch was when each of our children were welcomed with a teddy bear each — something they have cherished ever since, by cuddling them at bedtime each night. Seeing so many children around the resort carrying these beautiful teddy bears made the experience feel even more magical. We were then given a tour of the hotel and shown to our room, with our luggage delivered promptly. The room itself was absolutely stunning — spacious enough for our family of 4, with a breathtaking sea view from the balcony. Both the hotel and our room were immaculately clean throughout our stay. The hotel app was also extremely convenient and easy to use, allowing us to easily request services such as housekeeping, extra towels, or report any issues, all of which were promptly responded to. The facilities were exceptional, with children thoughtfully considered in every area. The kids’ club was fantastic, offering activities throughout the day. Both of our children were constantly entertained and never wanted to leave! The staff were incredibly accommodating, and the range of activities was outstanding, keeping them fully engaged for the entire stay. A very special mention must go to the most kindest hearted Guest Experience Manager, Sivilya Mavlaeva who truly went above and beyond to make our holiday more than perfect! She checked in with us every single day to see how our experience could be improved — though honestly, everything was already flawless. Sivilya is genuinely one of the most kind-hearted and dedicated people we have ever met, and her level of care and attention made such a difference to our stay – you are one of the reasons that the hotel is as incredible as it is! We would also like to thank Mustafa and Tayfun, who ensured that every day of our holiday ran smoothly and they were so incredibly accommodating to make our vacation so enjoyable. Leaving the resort was emotional for all of us — our children were so upset to say goodbye, and we felt exactly the same – it made it even more precious as Sivilya came right to the very end to wave us goodbye, such an extra special touch that we will never forget! We are already planning to return next year, as this is truly a place we could visit again and again, and it would still feel just as perfect. Thank you for creating such precious memories for our family. This is, without a doubt, the best hotel we have stayed at to date.

Everything in the resort was excellent From the lake house ( room) to the service , food , staff , resturants especially hayat resturant with a wide variety of very delecious and tasty food , the staff all over the resort are very lovely I give them 10 out of 10, welcoming and very helpful, what I like most is that the resort is not noisy , peaceful and clean , highly recommended

The hotel was faultless, from the very warm welcome, to the attentive service. A huge range of food and drink were available and the extensive grounds were very well maintained. Clearly a lot of thought has been put in making this a very relaxing break. Mustafa was very helpful in helping us settle in and get the most out of our stay.
