Ela Excellence Resort Belek

We visited Ela Excellence Resort as a family of five, with our children aged 10, 7 and 1. We were also holidaying with our friends and their 5-year-old, so there were plenty of little ones to keep entertained. The resort was absolutely perfect for families and catered brilliantly for all ages. From the moment we arrived, Ela Excellence Resort Belek exceeded our expectations. The resort is absolutely beautiful, with immaculate grounds, luxurious facilities, and a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel relaxed straight away. The food was amazing throughout our stay, with so much choice at every meal and something for everyone. We spent most evenings in the buffet restaurant and honestly couldn't fault it – the quality was fantastic and there was always plenty to choose from. We also visited the Mexican à la carte restaurant, La Salsa, one evening and it was a real highlight. The food was incredible, and the staff were absolutely brilliant. Everything was spot on and it ended up being one of our favourite meals of the holiday! The service throughout the resort was first class. Every member of staff we encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had the best possible experience. We stayed in a Deluxe Family Room with Sea View. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. The view from the balcony was amazing! The pools, beach, and entertainment were all fantastic. There were no sun bed wars, lots of sun loungers available daily, which was a real positive for us as we were a large group. What sets Ela Excellence apart is the attention to detail. Everything is thoughtfully organised, and the standard of care and hospitality is evident throughout the resort. We had an unforgettable holiday and would return without hesitation. We stayed at Ela Excellence Resort in June 2026 for our first trip to Antalya as a family of four, including our 4-year-old son and 18-month-old daughter who has dairy and soya allergies. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and found the resort to be an excellent choice for families. The resort itself is vast, with plenty to keep children entertained. Between the splash park, swimming pools, kids club, and beautiful grounds, there was always something to do. The grounds were immaculate throughout our stay, and the resort was consistently clean and well maintained. The staff we encountered at reception and during meals were always pleasant and welcoming. A special mention goes to Mustafa, our guest assistant, who was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. On our final morning, he ensured our daughter's special breakfast was prepared and even reminded us to pick up pre-packaged sandwiches for the airport journey home, which was a thoughtful touch. One feature we particularly liked was the Ela app. It provided useful information about everything included within the resort, daily activities, and restaurant details - though it could have included more particularly times for the all inclusive options and guest ages etc. The messaging function was especially useful, as we used it to arrange a special allergy-friendly menu for our 18-month-old daughter. The kids club was one of the highlights of the holiday. There were different activities every day, multiple themed rooms, indoor and outdoor play areas, and role-play spaces. Gul at the kids club was fantastic and remembered both of our children's names, which made them feel very welcome. The other staff were also warm and friendly. Our children were delighted to receive bear plush toys during their stay. We did notice that some children arriving later were welcomed with Polaroid photos and a children's passport during check-in, which looked like a lovely touch, although we didn't receive this ourselves as we arrived late in the evening. As parents of a child with food allergies, we appreciated that allergens were generally labelled clearly throughout the buffet, and having access to the special allergy menu was very helpful. While the menu was somewhat limited, it worked perfectly well for our 18-month-old. There is still room for improvement, however. Not every buffet item was labelled, there were not always enough serving utensils available for each dish, and is cross-contamination (for example, shared ice cream scoops). We also found that not all staff fully understood allergy requirements, although we suspect some of this was due to the language barrier. The food overall was good, with a wide variety available at the main buffet each day. We also enjoyed having access to several alternative restaurants for lunch and a selection of restaurants for dinner. The 24/7 Ela Anatolian Restaurant was used on our arrival night, as we reached the resort very late and were still able to enjoy a meal. There were drinks/coffees/cocktails/cakes/ice creams available all day. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We wouldn't classify it as the top end 5* as some other hotels we have been too (but it also doesnt match their price tags), especially service - but it's a very good all inclusive hotel with everything you would need.

Excellent experience - especially the service, food and all round experience. The hospitality was superb and everything we requested was fulfilled. Faridah was excellent and very accommodating. Would highly recommend visiting the Ela Excellence.

Ela excellence Belek is as close to perfect as can be. We tried hard to find faults but it really is very good. It’s fully all-inclusive, ample restaurant options and a giant buffet at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Multiple bars and soo many places to sit and chill. The hotel never felt too busy as it is very large with plenty of areas for people to spread out. It’s spotlessly clean, and staff are constantly clearing used plates, cups and waste. The staff really do a wonderful job. Everyone is looked after and there is table service almost everywhere. The activities are plentiful. Well organised with good facilities. As a family group of 8, from ages of 3 to 70, we took part in my activities including aqua bike, yoga, pilates, family zumba, bike ride and more. For the nearly 3 and 4 year old, they were kept thoroughly entertained and occupied by the incredible Everland. This place is purpose built for children with sections for each age group. Lego room, climbing room, baby room, arts and crafts, woodshop, and various others. Then the outdoor playground with purpose built fire engine and ambulance. Then the kids restaurant and outdoor swimming and water play facility. The staff are so kind, helpful and plentiful. Everything is kept clean and safe. Faultless. The room: we had a standard room for 2 but its pretty spacious with 2 large beds. It was very comfortable and we had good sleep. The bathroom is clean and shower is hot and powerful. The air conditioning is effective. The robe is soft and fluffy. The balcony includes a drying rack which is a nice touch. It’s clear the little details have been thought about at this hotel. The bars: many large bars located across the hotel. My favourites incuded the lobby bar with its lovely decor and comfy sofas. And the Oxford lounge, with its multiple pool tables, dart boards and table football tables. The drinks made everywhere were well-made, and international brands are included. Lovely cocktails everywhere. Spa/gym: the gym is well-equipped, large, and never felt busy. I only ever saw one or two others in there are the same time. The spa facilities include not just a steam room and sauna- but they have several steam rooms and several saunas! It also has a hammam room, indoor pool, health bar. All of the above are included and accessible at any time. Towels, water and snacks are plentiful. We didn’t get a massage so cant comment. The food: extremely large buffet. Possibly the largest Ive seen anywhere. Large variety of: breads, salads, olives, desserts, pastries, hot cooked food etc. Breakfast includes: a large variety of hot and cold foods. Omelette station, fresh pancakes and crepes, large variety of pastries, fruits, yoghurts, etc. Healthy options, unhealthy options and everything in between. At dinner, again a very large variety of options covering a range of dietary needs. With many vegetarians in our group there were plenty of options for sides. But one area of improvement are to include more vegetarian mains, particularly with some protein. Eg. Perhaps a tofu stir fry, or veggie enchiladas with beans, onion, pepper and cheese, or a veggie lasagne, or vegetable moussaka. Vegetarian food (no meat or fish) needs much better labelling. And one thing we didn’t like was cross contamination between serving utensils. But I guess it might be difficult to control. One thing that is possible to control is cross contimination by staff- eg, at the omelette station, the same gloved hand is used to pick up vegetables and meat. Simply using spoons for each would prevent cross contimination. We ate at the 24/7 a-la-carte restaurant twice. It’s a limited menu but staff were accomodative to our changes. It’s a nice quiet restaurant with excellent service. I’d give special mention to Jihan who served us on Tuesday evening. We had planned to book another a-la-carte (mediteranian) but there was no availability so can’t comment. Entertainment: evening entertainment at the amphitheatre and bar was varied and good. Swimming pools: plenty of swimming areas including a heated olympic sized pool. Plenty of beds and seats, with staff frequently clearing used towels, drinks and waste. There is a wonderful on site waterpark with around 6 different slides. It was open for 2-3hrs in the morning, and 2-3hrs in the afternoon. Never felt too busy, and was staffed to ensure safety. Lots of fun. Snacks: have to mention the patisserie. This place is incredible. Wide range of delicious ice cream, different chocolates, cakes, tarts, bagels and sandwiches. Always immaculately presented, delicious, and unlimited. We also enjoyed the coffee shop and juice bar. Beach: plenty of sunbeds, plenty of water fridges, clean shower/toilets. Watersports is also there, but operated by a 3rd party. Unfortanately the prices were extortionate so didn’t make use of it. If prices were reasonable, it would have been a better experience. Overall, this is a luxury 5* hotel with wonderful facilities and well-trained staff. There is something for everyone and all ages. We have stayed at many other resorts, but this one ticks a lot of boxes….especially if you want activities for children. Well done Ela Excellence.

Our stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek was truly enjoyable. The hotel offers beautiful surroundings, excellent facilities, and a relaxing atmosphere that is perfect for families and couples alike. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, while the food selection was diverse and of high quality. A special thank you to Mehtap, the assistant, for her professionalism, kindness, and constant willingness to help. She always made sure that everything was perfect and made our stay even more pleasant. We would also like to mention Eylul for her warm and welcoming attitude, which made us feel at home from the very beginning. Overall, Ela Excellence Resort Belek exceeded our expectations, and we would gladly return in the future. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable holiday experience.
