Ela Excellence Resort Belek

We have stayed at some fantastic resorts, including XO Cape Arnna, Anda Barut and Liberty Signa, but the level of service at Ela Excellence was simply the best we have experienced. Although the hotel is more established than some of the newer luxury resorts, the service is truly world-class. Every member of staff was warm, welcoming and incredibly accommodating, making us feel at home from the moment we arrived. A very special thank you to Halil and Nadia at the 24/7 Anatolian À La Carte Restaurant. They were exceptional throughout our stay and their friendliness and attention to detail made every visit a pleasure. The food was excellent across the resort, with plenty of variety and consistently high quality. Having access to the 24/7 Anatolian Restaurant was a huge bonus and somewhere we found ourselves returning to time and time again. We also dined at La Salsa, which was fantastic, and Mevlut provided exceptional service. The hotel grounds are beautiful, well maintained and create such a relaxing atmosphere. We genuinely felt at home during our stay. Everland is outstanding. Both of our children absolutely loved the Kids Club and Teen Club. A special mention goes to Sara, who was so kind, caring and friendly. She made such a positive impression on our children and they couldn’t wait to go back each day. Another feature we absolutely loved was the Ela Excellence Guest Relations App. Being able to contact Guest Relations instantly from anywhere in the resort was incredibly convenient and is something more hotels should introduce. Cleanliness throughout the hotel was very good overall. The only area we feel could be improved is around the swimming pools. The bins were emptied regularly, fresh towels were always available and the pool attendants worked very hard. However, we felt the ground around the sunbeds could have been cleaned more frequently, as it often appeared dirty. If we could suggest one other improvement, it would be the introduction of designated non-smoking areas, similar to those at the IKOS resorts. Having smoke-free outdoor sections in the à la carte restaurants and around the swimming pools would greatly enhance the experience for families. In this day and age, children should not have to be exposed to cigarette smoke while enjoying their holiday, and we believe this would be a very positive addition. The entertainment was enjoyable, although we would have loved to see a few more large-scale evening shows during our stay. That said, it certainly didn’t detract from what was an outstanding holiday. Finally, we would like to recognise Serhan, who helped us on several occasions and was always exceptional, and Mehtap, who was equally amazing, professional and incredibly accommodating. Overall, Ela Excellence exceeded our expectations. The genuine hospitality of every member of staff is what truly sets this hotel apart. We had a wonderful holiday, created some fantastic family memories, and honestly cannot wait to return. In fact, we’re already considering coming back in October. This was our first stay at ELA Excellence Resort as a family. Once again, we chose it for the excellent kids facilities. Grounds are amazing and being worked on constantly. Again, the 5 and 9 year loved the kids club, and could go whenever they wanted to, with lots of activities throughout the day and evening. We always choose July so the children can use the pools and this year there was a nice breeze with 1 stormy day, so not as humid as its been in the past which was a blessing for us all as this year we took our 6 month granddaughter. Check-In: Check-in went smoothly and we used the app to book restaurants and get assistance rather than via a whatsapp group. Dining: As we had booked with Jet2 prior to the a’la carte changes and were given 3 vouchers for restaurants included – Turkish, Mediterranean and Mexican. We tried the Turkish (La Sofa) and Mediterranean (La Sante) both excellent and we paid for La Perla (Italian) for our last night, which was outside and had a lovely setting with live music. We also dined at Ela Anatolian which is the 24/7 restaurant. Nearby lobby bar was very handy, and service was always excellent. La Perla and La Sofa were open at lunchtime, which made a nice change from the buffet. Facilities: The waterpark is fantastic, and our grandchildren really enjoyed all the small slides in the kids area and larger slides. Sun loungers were always available – by the smaller pool and main pool, but the beds in the kids slide area were taken quickly where there was shade. Room: My daughter and her family had a family duplex seaview room and we had Superior seaview room – both were cleaned well, and mini bar replaced daily. Evening Entertainment: We don’t particularly enjoy shows so skipped the ampitheatre (although the children went with the kids club), but loved the live music each evening by the pool bar – some really good bands were on and Cocohontas who we’d previously seen at Voyage Belek were excellent. Our favourite waiter Ozcan really looked after us with drinks. Overall Experience: Service was excellent wherever we went and we would definitely return to this hotel – a fantastic holiday for the summer. 5*

We had a very enjoyable stay at Ela Excellence Resort Belek. It is a beautiful, large hotel with plenty of facilities. The food was very nice, with a good variety of options, and the staff were one of the highlights of our stay. Everyone was very helpful, friendly, caring and attentive. The hotel has a lovely beach and plenty of swimming pools, with lots of sunbeds available. There was no need for the usual “towel battle” to reserve a sunbed early in the morning, as we could always find a place whenever we wanted to relax by the pool. The children’s water play area was also very nice, and the adult water slides were enjoyable. There are a couple of areas that could be improved. The adult water slides had limited operating hours, rather than being available throughout the day, which was a little disappointing. The biggest issue for us, however, was the selection and quality of snacks available at the bars. Whether by the pool or elsewhere in the hotel, the options were extremely limited, essentially just crisps and some low-quality nuts. We really missed having more variety, such as hot dogs, nachos, or other hot and freshly prepared snacks, especially when spending time by the pool and wanting something small to eat alongside a drink.

We had an amazing experience at El Excellence Hotel. It was not only the luxurious setting that impressed us, but also the staff’s dedication to meeting guests’ needs. They genuinely care and do their best to make their guests happy while creating a relaxing and welcoming environment. We had an almost five-star experience in every aspect of the hotel, including the food, facilities, and overall atmosphere. The kids’ club was particularly impressive. It was designed like a nursery and offered a wide range of activities for children, which we greatly appreciated. The beach and swimming pools were also excellent. In addition, the evening shows were high-quality, enjoyable, and very entertaining. Overall, everything was wonderful. The only downside, in my personal opinion, was the snack service at the sunbeds. There were only two options available: potato chips and mixed nuts. I do not think this is enough, and the hotel could consider adding options such as hot dogs or nachos. The quality of the mixed nuts could also be improved. For a luxury hotel of this standard, the pistachios were particularly disappointing and of very poor quality. I believe the hotel should offer a greater variety of snacks and improve the quality of the nuts it serves. I also noticed flies landing on some of the food. However, I understand that it may be difficult for the hotel to prevent this completely because of the hot weather. Still, some guests may find it unpleasant or disappointing. These two issues were not significant enough to affect our overall experience. My family and I had a wonderful stay, and we would happily return in the future.

If you’re looking for a place where you can truly switch off and not worry about anything, this is it. From the moment you arrive, you’re welcomed with a drink and invited to relax on a comfortable sofa while the staff takes care of your check-in. The entire process is effortless, allowing your vacation to begin immediately. The rooms are spacious and spotless, and housekeeping is always available when you need it. If anything isn’t quite right, you simply report it through the app, and it’s usually resolved within 15–20 minutes. There’s no need to remind anyone or chase the staff—they just get it done. The minibar is checked and restocked every day without you even noticing. Somehow it always has everything you need. It’s all done quietly in the background, exactly as great service should be. The pools are fantastic, clean, and well maintained. The only small area for improvement would be making sure abandoned towels are removed from sunbeds more quickly. Even so, we always managed to find a place, even after 11:00 a.m. The pool service is outstanding. Once again, everything happens seamlessly—you order through the app, and before long your drinks or food appear at your table as if by magic. Your only job is to relax and enjoy yourself. The food was excellent. There was an incredible variety, and we always found exactly what we wanted. With food available 24/7, it’s impossible to go hungry, and the quality was consistently outstanding. The atmosphere throughout the resort was wonderful. The staff genuinely seemed happy, and that positive energy was contagious. There is also an enormous area dedicated to children, with countless attractions and activities. Marcin
