Flora Garden Beach Hotel - Adult Only

I was extremely satisfied with help of Sena who was very helpful with answering many questions, helping me with various thing throughout my stay in beautiful Flora Garden. I had real difficulty with extending my stay and was it not for Sena’s help I’m not sure I could stay longer. Thank you very much Sena, people like you make the difference if things turn out well.

Very quiet hotel, (no children), surrounded by beautiful beaches and green areas, warm water (both até sea and pool). Very good room. 4 star for the venue, just 2 stars for the food and for the service. The food is barely acceptable for the price we paid and the service is bad - the vast majority of staff does not speak english, they are not customer focused and, at times, they can be even rude.

Hotel facilities and grounds are superb right next to a private beach. The pools are relatively medium to large size one active and other relaxing. No issues with beds but then we were next to the relaxing pool but bungalow with sea view. Slight negative is the room service is hir and miss whilst cleaned bed not fully done in sense if runner not applied towels not placed in right are. Dressing table was mainly left as it. Second negative is location if your expecting strolls outside to any shopping locations then you will be dissapointed The nearest malls and shopping centres are 20mins drive via taxi. Dont use hotel arranged taxis they cost double if not more the amount. Trip to Nova mall was 55 euros return local taxi would have been less than half that. Also they try to get you to pay in euros in fact adk you to use the ATM in the mall which means u pay extra rates for this when Turkish lira should suffice. Didn't do any of the excursions ax we been here before years ago and seen and done pretty much everything in the area. Mainly did shopping trips. Will review these after our visit and return 17th August. The food was also hit and miss mainly catering g to the Mediterranean and European foods. Limited English variations. Quality was alright. I found the lack of sweeteners surprising considering this is adults only and many adults will have health issues and would prefer to use sweetners than sugar. Also no English style tea bags had to buy our own from market.

We really liked this place; the animation team members were especially wonderful. We participated in so many activities with them and had a great time—they were very friendly.

This hotel is amazing. I never see this view. But this hotel has so unbelievable ladys. Animation teams (isilay and sera ) are so enjoying. They are so helpfully. They are every time smile and friendly talk. We are again come this hotel for Layds
