Animation is fantastic great girls.help with isilay and sera really helpful friendly with all activisties. And our rooms view is so amazing. But at dinner time is not many have choices. And not so delicious. But hotel place is amazing. Thaksful everything

We booked this hotel expecting a genuine 5-star experience, but unfortunately it felt much closer to a 3-star hotel in our opinion. The hotel is also in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to go anywhere outside the resort, be prepared to spend well over €100 on taxis, which made it very expensive to explore the area. Although the hotel is advertised as all-inclusive, only one of the three à la carte restaurants is actually included. If you want to enjoy what should be a special evening meal at either of the other two restaurants, you have to pay extra. To make matters worse, the Teppanyaki restaurant, which was one of the main reasons we booked this hotel, was closed for our entire stay. After reading previous reviews, we discovered it had actually been closed since June, despite our holiday being in July. Had we known this before booking, we would have chosen somewhere else. There were only two relatively small pools for the whole hotel, and nowhere near enough sunbeds for the number of guests. Every morning became a race to get one, and even when you reserved a bed with your towel, staff moved our belongings while leaving other guests’ towels untouched. Our room had numerous maintenance issues. The air conditioning barely worked, the safe repeatedly failed to open, and one of the beds broke. Despite reporting these problems around three days into our holiday, very little was done to resolve them. I also broke my finger due to faulty gym equipment, yet rather than addressing the ongoing issues, the hotel only offered to upgrade us to a room closer to the pool with just three days of our holiday remaining, by which point most of our stay had already been affected. We were also left with an unexpected €208 charge for the hammam after being advised about it through TUI without it being made clear that additional charges would apply. (not the hotel hammam, an outside of the hotel hammam). Our excursion transport arrived approximately 30 minutes late, and we were only informed after I phoned to ask where they were. The most upsetting part of the holiday was how my mum’s injury was handled. After hurting herself, she visited the hotel’s nurse and was sent to hospital. We were told the transfer would be free, but she was charged €125. The hospital then refused to provide treatment until payment was made, despite us explaining that she had valid travel insurance. The following day, after speaking to the TUI representative, we were assured that another doctor would process everything through the insurance company. Instead, after an examination and X-ray, the hospital demanded a further €500 upfront. They refused to let my mum leave or contact the insurance department, stating it was closed until Monday, despite it only being Saturday. She was effectively left there for around ten hours before eventually signing paperwork simply so she could leave. Our insurance company later confirmed they contacted the hospital multiple times requesting the necessary invoices and documentation, but the hospital failed to provide them. Hospital staff even came to the hotel demanding immediate payment, leaving my mum with no option but to pay herself. The one great thing about the stay, was one of the staff called abdula (I think this is how you spell his name) we called him the smiley ice cream man, he is a great asset to the hotel and made our day much more fun, he is truly great. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing holiday. Between the poor maintenance, misleading all-inclusive offering, lack of facilities, safety concerns, unexpected charges, and the unacceptable handling of my mum’s medical situation, this hotel did not deliver the 5-star experience we paid for. We won’t be returning, and unfortunately cannot recommend it.

Just finished a week here. Overall very happy with our stay, the service and the facilities. 4.5 / 5 Location is worth the transfer time if you are looking for peace and quiet. First time we have never left the hotel on a holiday, but for a week, no need. The beach is great, the sea lovely, the gardens wonderful and the hotel works hard to look after you. Special mention to Omer who brought drinks daily to the beach. Going over and above every day. Take a bow ! Food is good, plenty of variety to keep you happy. Lunches at the poolside / beach bar are great. The team work very hard to keep you well fed. Dont wear flip flops to dinner gents. Makes a great game sporting who’s not read the rules. They will ask you to leave and get some shoes on. Rooms - we upgraded and glad we did. Spotless, cool and comfortable. Hats off to the room staff. Great service. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Sorted us on arrival at gone midnight and arranged some food. Always met with a smile. Spa - very good. Those staff work hard and deliver a great service. Be great to reduce single use plastics. Drowning in it here. Turtle population looks healthy by the number of masked nests on the beach. De-risk the plastic pollution for those alone would be great. Great value - Overall pretty special place. Perhaps drop a star and be a fantastic 4 star to set expectations from day 1 ! Flora Garden Beach in Antalya for hard working solo travellers is a great place to stay at.The atmosphere is very relaxed, fantastic and full of amenities to visit that offer not only food options but also more options to relax. The pools are very clean, not noisy and the water is nice to swim in. The beach is very clean and there is plenty of space between one umbrella to another. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The air conditioning is very efficient as it automatically turns off itself as soon as you open the doors. Not to worry about turning off or on when sitting on the balcony or when leaving the room. All this at a glance of a very good deal price wise rather when taking an outdoor extra activity or when using the SPA amenities like the Turkish Bath or different massages. The staff are very friendly always ready to help you with your food, drink or other services. They are there to build not only friendships but also trust.
