Gloria Verde Resort

We stayed at the Gloria Verde at the beginning of July, for our first family holiday in Türkiye. We booked based on reviews and we were not disappointed. This is a fantastic hotel! Food was delicious and plentiful in the main restaurant. We didn't eat in wither à la carte but we enjoyed lunches in Neptuno Bar and Pub Verde - both fantastic. The team at Guest Relations were brilliant at supporting us with our gluten free requirements and the wonderful chefs prepared us special GF treats each day - thank you so much. The staff in this hotel, without exception, work so hard and are fantastic. Special shout out to Mehmet Ali Topal and his team, who are always in the restaurants and really approachable and helpful. The General Manager is also very visible throughout the hotel and checks in with guests to make sure everything is ok. He is a lovely man and clearly very proud of the Gloria Verde Resort Hotel. We had a family garden room, with a separate room within it for our two children (12&9). This was perfect for us and very clean and well whipped. The bathroom was perhaps a little small but we were so rarely in the room it didn't take away from our enjoyment at all. The pool areas and beach are beautiful and we never struggled with choice of sunbed. Even though the hotel was full, it never felt busy and there was always lots of space. Our children never used the kids club but the staff were friendly and there was plenty to keep them occupied with the friends they made in the hotel. There were several special events put on while we were there - a club night in the Neptuno Bar and a Tiki Party on the pier. These were spectacular and loads of fun. The nightly shows in The amphitheatre were also great! We took the hotel shuttle train to the sister hotel (Gloria Golf) to spend an afternoon at their excellent water park which was brilliant... just remember to check the closing time as this caught us out and we didn't have as long as we had hoped there! All in all this was the perfect relaxing break for our family - the children and the adults had a great time. We would definitely return and would absolutely recommend this for a family holiday.

3rd visit to Gloria Verde and if still ticks so many boxes. The setting and grounds are beautiful, greenery and flowers everywhere. There are no shortage of sun loungers you can always get one at anytime - either around the pool, beach or on the beautiful jetty. No towel cards so you can pick up clean towels up anytime around the pool or on the jetty. Food choices are great in the buffet and the French and Italian à la carte restaurants are amazing. For lunch the Verde pub and Neptune options are great. Premium branded alcohol options are readily available in all bars and definitely makes a big difference. As many reviewers have already mentioned the staff are what really make Gloria Verde stand out, from our room cleaner, the bar staff, waiters/waitresses and the lifeguard on the jetty they all have a smile on their face and a friendly good morning/afternoon. There are some call outs - Yasin the General Manager he regularly walks around all areas of the hotel and speaks to guests and any issues are promptly dealt with. Merve and Fatty from the entertainment team great personalities and always happy to chat. Mehmet the Mixologist who works so hard behind the bars and makes the most amazing cocktails. The only small negative is the rooms are starting to look a little tired and are maybe due an upgrade. Personally don’t spend a lot of time in the room and the bed was very comfortable so not a big problem.

Holiday in Gloria Verde I have just completed my 16th stay at this wonderful hotel, and once again, everything was absolutely perfect. Every visit reminds me why I keep coming back. The service, food, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere are always exceptional. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and comfortable. I would especially like to thank Jasmin from the main restaurant. She is incredibly professional, kind, and always has a warm smile. Her positive attitude and outstanding service make every meal even more enjoyable. She truly is a valuable member of the team. A heartfelt thank you to everyone at Gloria Hotel for another unforgettable stay. I look forward to returning again soon!

I had the opportunity to try the archery sessions at the hotel, and it was one of the highlights of my stay. Every session was incredibly productive, with clear guidance, plenty of hands-on practice, and a welcoming atmosphere. What impressed me the most was the individual and genuinely caring approach given to every participant. No matter your skill level, everyone receives personal attention, helpful feedback, and constant encouragement. Thanks to this approach, I left feeling inspired and motivated to continue practicing archery even after my vacation. A very special thank you to our archery coach, Alsu. Her professionalism, patience, kindness, and passion for teaching made every session enjoyable and rewarding. She has a wonderful ability to make everyone feel confident and excited to improve.

An extraordinary experience! We wil come back next year! The hotel is great and the guest relations Parastoo was very heplful to us.
