Grand Park Lara

I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was at the Grand Park Lara Hotel. From the moment we arrived until the day we left, the service was outstanding. I want to give a special shout-out to the customer relationship team: Görkern, Elena, Fatih, Evgeniya, Serap, and Yasemin. They were absolutely fantastic, quickly resolving every issue with a smile.The entire staff, from the waiters to the chefs and cleaners, and all the management, were excellent. The hotel is spotless, the food is fantastic, and the entertainment is top-notch. They truly took care of us efficiently, and we're incredibly happy with the experience. Absolutely Amazing hotel to stay in usually we stay in land off legends but this one has beat that one affordable price and so much more to do for kids also food is absolutely delicious huge range 9 different restaurants 24/7 service sarab is absolutely amazing very helpful always there with a smile to welcome u. Thank you so much guys will definitely be back.

We had a really enjoyable stay overall. The hotel has plenty going on, the food was consistently good, and the staff were warm and attentive, always checking in to see if we needed anything like drinks. There were lots of sunbeds around the pools, so finding a spot was never an issue, and the lounge areas offered plenty of comfortable places to sit and relax with a drink. The patisserie was a highlight, with excellent cakes and sweet treats that are well worth trying. Everything was kept very clean, which made a big difference to the experience. It was also handy that one of the all inclusive restaurants stays open around the clock, so there was always something to eat if we missed the main buffet. The only downside for us was the room. Standard rooms do not come with a balcony, which was not made clear when booking. Another issue was that the curtains did not close properly, so light from outside came through at night. We reported this when we arrived, but unfortunately it was not resolved during our stay. Aside from that, it is hard to fault the hotel or the level of service. I would happily return and bring my family. There are plenty of shops nearby, although prices are on the higher side. The bus stop right outside the hotel was very useful, and getting around was easy. Using the Moovit app helped us plan routes, showing the nearest stops and which buses to take and when to get off at your stop. For example, we travelled to Kaleiçi for just 83p, compared to taxis quoting around £60.
