I can’t insist on how awful this resorts management is. The manager Tayfun is awful and this was validated by the staff at the resort. We were told the resorts gets booking through third parties and then cause issues for people on arrival so they have no option but to pay. It’s a scam!!! When refusing to fall for the scam, the manager started screaming at the reception! We were locked out of ours rooms wet in bathing suits with a special needs child! The staff mentioned he is hired to do this, hence has these arguments with guests multiple times a day! Dave yourself the headache and horrors of this awful management.

If I could change my booking I would had. First day I came here i wanted to go home i acted every single day. The hotel is too crowded cant even swim in the pool bumbing into everyone in the pools. Can't even find a sun bed unless you wake up around 6 am to get some. Food not even worth it nothing special. Went into the sushi bar sat there for 2 hours waiting for sushi which came out horrible falling apart as soon as I picked it up. Couldn't even eat it. The wifi is crap turns on and off cant even watch anything with it or do anything it's pointless. Can hear so much in the hallways not quite at night so loud ac making weird noise at night. Only thing i can say that's good is that they have entertainment but that's it really. Over all I hate this place never again.

Fantastic place, clean and very welcoming. Staffs are very helpful and caring. We regularly engaged with Oguzhan, Amina who has been amazing. We started in the resort for a week and my child love going there.

A bit hit and miss with this hotel, mostly miss. Our first night wasn’t the best. We found the support around my daughter’s egg allergy was not there, so if you have an allergy, please be mindful of this as there isn’t an English speaking restaurant manager that can guide you. I was told one dessert didn’t have egg, I asked 3 times and this may have seemed annoying to them, by the 4th ask, it was confirmed it DID have egg in it, can you imagine I’d let my daughter eat this? Then I was asked to trust the chef? Like I said, please be mindful if you have allergies. The support was poor 👎🏼 The hotel was overly packed, people rushing to get ahead of you during meal times, pushing in, pushing past, it was manic! If you're like me & my daughter who like peace & quiet, this wouldn’t be the hotel for you as it was extremely loud. The same fish dishes served everyday, no fish varieties. The hotel didn’t have soya milk options? Which was just wild to me. No egg free dessert options for children either. The hotel had great entertainment, the beach was lovely but sadly because of the lack of support on my daughter’s allergy, we won’t be coming back.
