Absolutely brilliant hotel. So much for the kids. Brilliant kids club with genuinely good activities. Lovely beach. Plenty of food options. Thoroughly recommend if you have kids. Only disappointment is the plastic waste. The amount of small plastic bottles used is so hard to see. Need a better option. Larger bottles. Refillable bottles with lots more water dispensers (that work). Would love to see that change but other than that we have loved it

Okay let me just say this, the hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was modern and housekeeping kept it clean…and thats where the compliments end. Its not even that the food was bland and tasteless, its not even that the pools are packed and its hard to get a sunbed unless you wake up at 5am. Its not even that the pools are freezing cold… its the fact that the staff are ALL extremely RUDE and UNHELPFUL. Honestly we would have overlooked all the other terrible things IF the staff was at least attentive or kind. The hotel is incredibly understaffed and the staff that are there will literally roll their eyes if you ask them for something. Staff will watch you struggle and walk straight past. They will laugh in your face. One girl even waved her hand over my sisters face and said “HA HA” like a child. So rude, so unprofessional. A disgrace. When we complained to reception they laughed. There was a huge celebration with lots of lovely turkish treats on the lawn near the buffet corner one day and we had no idea it was even happening and nearly missed it. The buffett is disgusting and most things are left empty for hours. No options and no flavour. The same things are served every single day and theres no variety. The tables in the awful resturants are left dirty for hours. Ive had better turkish food at my local kebab than in this hotel. Vile. See photos to see all the empty bowls and plates just in one breakfast and let me say this is only half of the empty dishes. I asked one chef to replenish the chicken nuggets which were fozen and fried with 2% chicken in it and she rolled her eyes and say “10 minutes” But like i said id have overlooked all of this if the staff were helpful. Unfortunately they are all awful, rude and disrespectful. Never again will i return to this hotel with its shameful, shameless staff.

Location is in a good place. Atmosphere isn’t the best. They don’t have enough food or beds for the amount of people / families there. People fighting for sunbeds, some waking up 5 am to put towels out. Food is bland and repetitive. They leave a sharp knife out for guests to slice their on bread and all their breads are hard. You’re lucky to meet a nice staff, most of them are rude. Pool is freezing our entire family is sick, and I know many will be sick from it too. Do not get a room with a pool view unless you want to be kept awake by loud music and noise till 12 am. I wouldn’t go back there. I paid for an all inclusive and spent my holiday eating l out and paying to attend beach clubs due to lack of bed/ food or repetitive food. Also don’t go to the hair dresser she initially charged me 25 euro for blow dry and then while in the middle of blow drying my hair she lied and said “oops I forgot it’s not 25 it’s 40”. I swallowed it and said okay when I went to pay by card she told me to go to the cash machine as their card reader isn’t working as they don’t have hotel internet in the shop. I went and paid 9.99 to withdraw cash so what started as 25 turned to 40. I wouldn’t recommend or go back!

Hotel is great I would definitely come back
