The hotel left a very good impression from the first day. It is only about 100 meters to the sea - very convenient, and the view of the mountains is simply amazing! The territory is beautifully landscaped, lots of greenery, everywhere is clean and cozy. The rooms are cleaned every day, it is always clean and nice to come back. The food is varied enough - everyone will find something delicious. There is a snack bar, as well as a 24-hour bar with cocktails and desserts - the cocktails are really delicious! The staff is a separate plus. Everyone is very friendly, helpful, constantly smiling and creating a good mood. Many guests are from Germany and France, so the atmosphere is international and lively. Entertainment - just WOW! The animators work fantastically. Various activities take place all day long: in the morning zumba, tap, several different games can take place at the same time. In the afternoon - again active activities, in which both children and adults can participate. Every evening – a different musical program, even gifts are given out! There is always music playing by the pool, a very good atmosphere. Special thanks to the animation team – Rustam, Iren, Ksiusha, Katia – you are unreal! Your energy and positivity made this vacation even more memorable. I would definitely come back again!

3Third time in that resort... obviously we like it! Food at buffet&BBQ is good but a bit redundant. Service all around is good. We went especially there for three things: -The GreenNature present everywhere in the resort. -The views over the mountain-range behind. -AND, the animation day/night and kids-club/mini-disco. BIG THANKS to Sucha, Mina, Irhem, and all the others that made us ourself once again!!!

The hotel already seems to need some renovation. The front desk staff are difficult to communicate with; they're not very friendly. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite, and kind, which is a plus for this hotel. The entertainment program is great for children! There's a great offer, and activities are organized daily. The activities for adults are well-organized, with various themed activities in the evenings and plenty of activities during the day. The animators are the most positive people, helpful and create a good atmosphere at this hotel.

I recommend this hotel, I really liked the environment and nature, great and friendly animators (especially Irem and Bruno), engaging and interesting activities. The rooms are neat. The sea is nearby, the beach is neat and convenient access to the sea. The food is delicious. I am happy with my choice.
