Everyone at the hotel was amazing. The weather was great (which helps). The bar staff at the pool bar and the snack bar were excellent and great fun. The best person in the restaurants was Fatima. Nothing was too much trouble and she remembered what we drank and ate each day. Also, Fatima has a great sense of humour and we looked forward to seeing her every day. The entertainment was amazing and so professional. We don’t miss a show. We would thoroughly recommend coming here with a family or as a couple. Thank you to everyone!
3Third time in that resort... obviously we like it! Food at buffet&BBQ is good but a bit redundant. Service all around is good. We went especially there for three things: -The GreenNature present everywhere in the resort. -The views over the mountain-range behind. -AND, the animation day/night and kids-club/mini-disco. BIG THANKS to Sucha, Mina, Irhem, and all the others that made us ourself once again!!!
The hotel already seems to need some renovation. The front desk staff are difficult to communicate with; they're not very friendly. The hotel staff are very helpful, polite, and kind, which is a plus for this hotel. The entertainment program is great for children! There's a great offer, and activities are organized daily. The activities for adults are well-organized, with various themed activities in the evenings and plenty of activities during the day. The animators are the most positive people, helpful and create a good atmosphere at this hotel.
I recommend this hotel, I really liked the environment and nature, great and friendly animators (especially Irem and Bruno), engaging and interesting activities. The rooms are neat. The sea is nearby, the beach is neat and convenient access to the sea. The food is delicious. I am happy with my choice.
Wow, where to start. The photos don’t prepare you for how lush and green this hotel is. If you like greenery and nature this place is perfect. We have already said we would return. If you get a chance, hire a bike and explore the mountains in Kemer. We watched sea to sky (motorbike event) but saw deers and came across lagoons on the way. It’s definitely worth an explore! •ROOMS - we were given a family room for the 2 of us, really spacious. Very clean and even without requesting it was swept and the bathroom cleaned every day. We had a view of the mountains on our balcony to our right. The shower had great pressure, there’s hand soap and shower gel supplied and a hairdryer attached to the wall. The only complaint of the entire holiday is how much you could hear your neighbours and the hotel opposite. We struggled to sleep some nights because of it. We were situated in room 5128 which faces the hotel next door, you can’t actually hear Gypsophilas entertainment by the pool as this room is in between the pool and reception so plenty of distance away but the hotel next door is VERY loud. Prepare to get lost too 😂 it took us about 4-5 days into an 8 day holiday to know the route, but I will say each was was scenic. •GROUNDS - WOW. The best part of this hotel. So many types of trees and greenery. There are staff out every single morning cleaning the fallen leaves and maintaining the plants. There are free roaming chickens and cats which are cared for by the hotel. The cats do enter the restaurant (it doesn’t bother us as we love animals) but the staff do lure them back outside with food. There’s ducks in a pond in the centre of all the apartments. There are (a lot) of rabbits and another type of bird in caged pens by the kids area. There’s are hammocks and swings dotted around too. •FOOD - I’m a vegetarian and my partner eats meat. There was plenty of options for us every night, for 8 nights. There’s a few rows of different types of foods which are replenished frequently and freshly prepared food trailing along the side as well as outside which tended to be cooked meats. Some dishes were repeated but there was always so much choice for both of us, you could eat a different meal each night. We sat outdoors a few times for breakfast but I can imagine it being chilly on an evening in October. No smoking allowed outside the restaurant and there is a separate smoking seated area around the corner which we appreciated as non smokers. There was plenty of standard hotel desserts and a full section of many baklava, another full section of fruit usually melon, grapes, apples and oranges. They would sometimes but bananas out on an evening but not a morning so I would pop a few in my bag to bring to breakfast the next day. •POOL AND BEACH - the beach is quite short and the tide came in on people sunbathing one day but there was plenty of seats along the sand and 2 piers which belong to the hotel. The piers are easier to access the water as it can be a little rocky to get in via the beach. It was always clean and staff frequently walked around collecting glasses. The pool was cold to get into and wasn’t as busy as we imagined but fine once you were in. The pool bar is a 20 second walk from the pool, very close. •STAFF - great from start to finish. No one expected tips but everyone served us really politely and friendly. They seemed very appreciative of tips and sometimes even shocked. Everyone worked really hard and we did notice a few restaurant workers treat poorly by Russian holidaymakers but they were always professional regardless. •BAR/DRINKS - the pool bar was usually the busiest. We would often go to the “deserts bar” opposite the restaurant for a drink as it was comfier and quieter. You have to pay to use the pool tables but unsure how much. There was a lovely Thai/Filipino barmaid usually at chill/beach bar who made the best mojitos. Plenty of cocktails and local spirits to choose from. •OUTSIDE OF THE HOTEL - a few shops a 2 minute walk down the road. Everything you need if you forget it. The shops in the hotel are a little more expensive compared to outside. It feels safe outside of the hotel. The bus stops right outside every 10 minutes and costs 70 Turkish lira each to kemer (about £1.20) and takes around 30 minutes but they try to cram on AS MANY PEOPLE AS POSSIBLE. You’re lucky to get a seat. Kemer has lots of eateries as well as a Starbucks, McDonald’s etc. we paid around £17 for 2 meals and 2 soft drinks in a local restaurant so prices really aren’t bad. Almost everywhere we went people spoke English which isn’t an expectation but very helpful.
