Haydarpasha Palace

Had an absolutely lovely 7 day stay in hydarpasha palace, the food was great, service and facilities were all fantastic. Had one little issue with our room which was to no fault of the hotels or staff (someone in another room had smoked cigarettes during the night and smell had come into our room) was looked after tremendously by Onur the Manager. Would like to also give praise to the photoshoot team in particular (Talha,Asim and Aydin) who did a fantastic job capturing some memories we will always remember, they created a wonderful album for us and asim was lovely to our children during the photo shoot!

Our recent family holiday at Hyderpasha Palace was nothing short of magical. What truly made the experience stand out for us as a family was how thoughtfully everything was catered to all ages. The children were constantly entertained with activities, while the adults could relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. The pool areas were fantastic, and there was always something to do without ever feeling crowded or hectic. The food deserves a special mention—absolutely delicious, with a wide variety of options that kept everyone happy (even the picky eaters!). Every meal felt like a treat, and the quality was consistently excellent. Above all, it was the staff who made this holiday unforgettable. Friendly, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile, they made us feel truly valued throughout our stay. We left with wonderful memories and Hyderpasha Palace is a perfect destination for families looking for a blend of relaxation, fun, and top-quality service. Highly recommended!
