Hotel is nice clean the reception department are very kind specially mr reda gave me very good service and made sure all my family was happy and comfortable and was very nice

Firstly may I add that the Rooms, shower, bed Are exemplary. The service couldn’t have been any better. Wonderful staff, who really make the stay complete. Unfortunately the food is wholly terrible. Everything’s macerated in liquid There’s 5 different curries on at any given time, Grilled liver, turkey, braised ox tongue, Bland pasta, barely any fish offerings. This is not 5 stars, genuinely like a cross between a dreadful school lunch, and a the bottom of a bin.I know we’re living in tough times, I really didn’t want to give a low score on the food, but surely the rest of the hotel shouldn’t be expected to prop up this awful offering. There’s enough chefs walking around preening themselves in spotless white jackets, maybe they need to pay more attention to the fundamental lack of cooking skills in the kitchens. Regardless of whatever the cost was for a 5 day break, if you say your 5 star, that means 5 stars in its entirety. I’ll admit I’m not particularly child friendly Please avoid, if this is you. Also, you cannot avoid the smokers. The inconsiderate SOB’s are everywhere. It’s rather disgusting. The fragrant smell of cigarette smoke is hard to escape, breakfast, lunch, & dinner. Lastly if your an art lover, you’ll appreciate The wonderful twattoos, proudly displayed by Englands finest. You have been warned. X

I really like here . Everything it was good . We enjoyed our holiday . Hotel too big and you can do a lot of activities here . Thank you for animation team . They are really friendly. And specially Umut and Zehra she is very kind person she help us she give all information about hotel and we encoyed her aqua gym activities. We come back agin !!

We had a great time! Loved the hotel, the food and the kids club for our little one. He loved it. Especially thanks to Nazli, Aynaz Sevim Kardi from kids club.

We have just returned from a week away at the Aska in Antalya and would like to specifically mention the hotel concierge (Rami) and the waiter in the main restaurant (Mehmet) who offered an exceptional level of service throughout our stay. The hotel is massive and has a free shuttlebus running between the water park area and beach to the main building. It is immaculately clean although there are lots of children doing their best to test the staff, the staff always win. The food was excellent with plenty of choice and we were very happy with our stay. This would be a good place to stay but can be quite busy in the restaurant at times and this was April so maybe tricky in the full summer months, we had a lovely time and you will not be disappointed with this hotel for the price. The room, although side facing, was quiet and large and the cleaning ladies did a splendid job every day, everything was always clean The level of entertainment is steered towards younger children with the nightly shows but didn't cause us any unnecessary problems or issues Be aware that this is all inclusive so there are plenty of drinks on show but we didn't see any behavior that created a problem and the atmosphere was calm and relaxed as we had hoped Andrew & Lynne
